“Decent store that has stood the stand of time. Wish they had the corny commercial dance guy still, but it's a solid store. Allows a free loyalty program. Good for quick pick ups of certain items in a pinch. In my field though I can get a lot of it wholesale much cheaper. Also wish they had more options then mostly DeWalt, Milwaukee, and Stanley.”

“I can't believe the world we live in. A simple man like myself wanders in to an establishment looking to fix a simple problem (there's a toilet clog at home, daughter accidentally flushed a croc). I asked the desk man where they kept the bog hammers and he LAUGHED AT ME!! me of all people!? A veteren of sorts!?? Then he ANNOUNCED IT ON THE LOUD SPEAKER FOR EVERYONE! A teenager wearing an offensive shade of green tipped my wheel chair! Cousin Donald was there and he wouldn't make eye contact... a mysterious stranger spit in my face but he was dressed very smartly”
“Great store,but I think they're going to have to start putting things in cages because people keep pocketing and shoplifting the countersink bits,I'm sick and tired of going to harbor freight and there not being any countersink bits in stock,Because their system says they have some in stock but there's none in the back room and none on the hooks in the isle where they're usually hanging,so someone is clearly shoplifting these items,I've went there every single day for two weeks straight Monday thru Sunday so that's 14 times and all 14 times they didn't have any in stock...HARBOR FREIGHT PLEASE DO SOME ABOUT THIS!!!!!”

“I went in for a mini oxygen and acetylene setup. Brian greeted me from the minute I walked in. He took the time to help me decide the best option for my hvac business. I also had questions on a gas powered welder. Brian was able to answer all my questions and then some. I ended up purchasing the tanks and when I am ready for the welder I will def be back to see Brian. Overall a fantastic experience.”
“So I originally called about sum bricks, and an amazing gentleman with a bunch of tattoos actually went out of his way to bring them to me personally and helped show me how to set up bc I was at work & never would have got them in time by the time the store closed. He was very kind & respectful, & really didn’t even have to do this, it meant soo much to me bc I havnt come across a gentleman like this in years honestly. He even helped me fix my lawnmower lol we definitely need more like him. a person who cares ??? god bless”
