Convenient location for getting on the highway. I stayed with a pet. The sever in the breakfast area was really rude and mean to her staff and us. She yelled at her staff to warn her that so many people were here. We sat in the dining area with our dog and she yelled at us. I totally understand not wanting to break rules but it should be clearly signed and she could have been nice about it. We moved immediately and respect local by-laws. The room was fine and clean.

The location is right off the hwy. The GM met me at the front desk and rapidly got me the perfect room on the opposite side from the hwy noise. She also assisted me with a great recommendation for dinner. The washing machine ate my quarters, she personally checked on it and gave me back my quarters. I am shocked. This is above and beyond service. Our room was clean and quiet. I am happy that everything has gone perfectly. Thank you to the nice staff. :)

Pet friendly is a generous statement. It's truly a $75 non refundable pet fee. When they say "your room is guaranteed, you can get here at any time." What they really mean is "check in is anytime after 4pm."Both understandable things, if they are worded correctly.

Past it's prime. Don't let them give you room 110 the king bed is completely shot. Front desk happily moved me to another room but they should never have rented 110 out in the first place, I refuse to believe no one else has complained about that bed. I thought I would roll over to the other side to see if more comfy and had to roll over a big rise in the middle, that tells you how sunken each of the halves were.Rooms: Beds are old and need to be replaced, saw mold in my bathroom. I'm sure the entire hotel could use a refresh.

When we first checked in, our room had ladybugs which gave us concerns about cleaning. Thankfully, they were able to move us to another room. It wasn’t the same type of room we originally purchased but grateful it was at least a quick process on their end. The new room seems a lot cleaner. Overall, we were fine with our accommodations.

Nice clean up to date rooms. Beds were comfortable pillows were a little rough. Staff was very friendly. They didn’t have much to choose from for breakfast but what was there was good.

We stayed at the Hampton November 2nd. I had stayed there before and liked the experience. This time we had our small (20lbs) dog with us. At check in we were told it would be a fee of $75 added for the dog. We weren’t happy about this very costly fee (most others are ($20). But it was late and so we checked in. Our room was on the Highway side of the building. After we got settled into our room we discovered that there is an off ramp from the highway and the Transport trucks were extremely Noisy all night long. At checkout my wife was ask how our stay was to which she complained about the noisy and not being able to get a decent sleep. From past experience the staff at another Hampton honoured the Satisfaction Guarantee and didn’t charge us. This should have happened this time but it didn’t. So between the dog fee and the lack of satisfaction we were Very Disappointed and won’t be back unless something changes.

Front desk staff were amazing with our large hockey group. They were very knowledgeable and understanding (when there were 9/10 y/olds running around). Definately download the Hilton app to receive updates and texts. Just be careful for when you choose your room - they will switch it if the room isn't available and not notify you of the change :(It was a great weekend - the hotel is close to so many activities (hockey rink, splash lagoon, downtown, restaurants, bowling). Definately worth the stay.

We stay at this hotel every year the weekend of the Peak N Peak Festival. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and served early, which we like. The pool is nice and water temperature very warm. Close to shopping and restaurants on Peach Street. Unfortunately, this past time we stayed there was also a youth hockey league staying at the hotel the same weekend. The children were obnoxious, running up and down the halls and yelling until after 11:00 p.m., waking up my husband and I. The parents were just as bad, loud and boisterous in the lobby until late in the evening. We talked to other guests at breakfast the next morning and they said the same thing was happening on their floors too.I was told the staff tried several times to tell them to quiet down, to no avail. They were outnumbered and I can understand them not wanting to confront a crowd of drunk 30-somethings. We complained to the lady at the front desk, Rena and she was very sympathetic and said she would let the manager know. It was not her fault people are rude and will not control their children. If we stay here again I will call in advance to make sure this group is not staying the same time.

Was to have a ADA room with a sofa bed for granddaughter, well had a "musty smelly room with a chair! And a leaking toilet"! Asked to change and they had no rooms! This was the evening people, kind of rude. We were in for a wedding. Breakfast was ok, I had a bagel and cereal, oatmeal was cold. Eggs looked not good. The best thing about the room to me was the pillows! And for the CRAZY price I paid I expected SO much more! Would not recommend at all!
