The rooms are clean and well-maintained. There are two food options on site (beergarten and restaurant) and the location is easy to access. Our only complaint was the noise from the outdoor beergarten which has live music until about 11pm. It was incredibly loud and could be easily heard throughout the hotel room and prevented us from going to sleep early.

Last minute booking. Booked 2queen bed studio room for 2 adults and 2 kids (9 and 10). Room also comes with a pull-out sofa. Lots of USB charging ports located in the room. Good partial view of the lake/marine area and the museum. Roof top restaurant is a MUST. Breakfast is included. Gated surface parking is available with a small fee. Concierge service available via text message system. Small pool but good enough for kids to handout. Well managed location. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for a week coming back to Erie.And you can't beat the views.Totally reasonably priced good choices on snacks and location is more than ideal!

This is chelsey Nipp actually.If I could give this place 100 stars I would specifically the service and the compassion and love from the staff.My father passed today (4.25) and I have been staying here since Monday. They have been the kindest and most caring group of people and that’s exactly what I needed tonight. To have hotel staff members know you’re in pain and hug you and try to help you feel even just a bit better, I will NEVER forget these beautiful people. Thank you again ladies I truly appreciate you and I hope you see this. ♥️♥️??Safety: The most secure I’ve ever felt at a hotel

The room was lovely and the location is great. The area in which service is lacking is communication. We were kept up by banging noises and had to go out of our room 3 times to learn that a plumbing issue was being fixed. There are other ways in which basic information is just not clear. If I was staying for free it would not matter. But since I paid good money, it does.Thanks for the response. I encouraged others to stay at the hotel. We were in town for a funeral. In total my family had 4 rooms. We were born in Erie and come back often so I appreciate the responsiveness.

I found remnants of a dead bug in my bed. I immediate called the staff and they noted this and took the bedding away. I requested the manager call me the next day. It was a few days before I received an email from her. She said it was lint and dismissed me.I am a Hilton Honors member and travel a lot for business. I carry a loop (high powered magnifying glass). This was definitely not lint. It was gross.It is a nice hotel in a nice location. I don’t know how bug parts got into the bedding but what upsets me the most is the unprofessional attitude of the manager.
