What my son asked for VS what he got ?
He's very very shy, and easily embarrassed. He is terrified of going to school tomorrow. I'll fix it up as best as I can, but there's absolutely no length on top. She cut it too short to shape or style properly. He's really upset. The back of the neck isn't shaped. Not sure what's going on with the sideburns. Really sad we didn't find our go to place.

Got my haircut today after a couple months of it being badly damaged. The right side of my hair really needed some work to make it more even with the left side. Jen c. Took care of me and she did a beautiful job. I never leave reviews but Jen c really saved my hair. It still has a long way to go but i am so incredibly happy with the service I received today. I also came earlier to my appointment and she got me right in So thank you my queen. I will definitely be returning She was amazing :) ❤️Heather

We were looking for a place to get my granddaughters hair done for school and everyone was booked until we tried HairHQ the woman was very nice and told us to come right in. We went in and they were able to help us right away and my granddaughter loved what they did. The next day I took my grandson and figured we would give them more business because they were so kind to get us in but they were booked up. Then she told me she did have a cancellation and could squeeze him in for not only a haircut but a perm on short notice.. again we went in and everyone was great and my grandson is very happy with his new do...highly recommend them :)

Initially disappointed with my results. Requested have my roots lightened and she only did the top then told me all the patchy spots would lighted with time and more appointments. Talked to the owner and she explained to me exactly how this happened, then offered to correct it.My experience was kind of a rollercoaster, but I do support small business and Michelle was wonderful to work with.
