Josh is incredibly knowledgeable and invested in his farm, animals, and process.Phenomenal quality, both in bulk or prepared.

The food is always done to perfection if ordering from one of his meal cooks. The chilled meats in the freezer are always fresh and never freezer burned. Definitely recommend for anyone who enjoys great home cooking or true field to table meats.
