Horrible experience. Transferred from Walgreens in Harborcreek because it closed down. Went this past Sunday to let them know dr. is calling a prescription that always has to be ordered due to cost. Tech says it will be ordered for next day (Monday). Call dr in AM and they send prescription in the afternoon. I got to pick it up after work and the tech (who was not friendly) said they sent it back because they didn’t receive the prescription early enough? What???? I told you a day in advance and prescription was coming in, you ordered it and sent it back? You didn’t even hold it ONE DAY!!!! That doesn’t make sense to me. Needless to say, taking business elsewhere.

Staff is always friendly and pharmacist is always available to answer questions and they don’t take forever to fill your prescription!! Highly recommended this pharmacy!!

Very helpful! There was a problem with one of my prescriptions and one of the pharmacy technicians, Gabriel, was able to resolve the issue with ease. Totally saved my day!

Needs a more accessible inside location. It's ridiculous that the nearest door is locked since 2020.

Usually a positive experience with the staff there. My complaint is the fact that the drive through is often 6 to 8 cars deep, and they STiLL keep the door for walk-ins locked!COVID is well under control now folks! Open the door back up and stop inconveniencing your customers!Today I received my second voice mail that my prescription is ready, but when I showed up, (like the first time) there were 7 cars lined up at the drive through. Nope, not doing it. Leave me another voice mail.

Parmacist Jill and the LECOM student ( not sure of her name) Were both a huge help to me for learning how to use the Dexcom. Couldn't have done it without them.. Jill also helped me with insulin injections. Jill is a true asset to your pharmacy!

Drive through is painfully slow! If you elect to go inside, you have to go all the way to the main entrance because the pharmacy entrance has been closed since covid. That is quite a hike if you are disabled. They send a text that your prescription is ready and when you make the trip there, that's when they tell you it's out of stock, and won't be in until the next day. The most incompetent pharmacy in the county.

Hard to get help on phone but I don't know if they were sincere in the things they were telling me. They ultimately did give me good advice about 2 days after I ran out of my medication. There is a door for the pharmacy but it has no out of order sign and it doesn't work. The people there were nice to me and made everything easy to set up and get my medicine.

I am so disappointed in my experience with the pharmacy. I seemed to be disturbing the person who took care of me. The med I picked up for my dog was $62. It is $24 at Walmart. Unfortunately, it was on back order at Walmart and I needed it. I guess I was paying extra for the poor customer service. First and last time I fill a prescription here. Lesson learned.

I would give them zero stars if I could! They could not fulfill a maintenance medication prescription for lack of having it in stock, and I went a week without that medication. Now they won't refill the same medication at the original refill date! My guess is I will be without my medication for another week, because the aforementioned issue has happpend not once but twice already! That means in total I have been without my medication for half a month this year!

I ordered a custom beta fish cake for my 3yr son and it turned out amazing. whoever made it did an awesome job and the cake tasted good as well.
