When they opened around the same time as the Sheetz on the peninsula the store was clean and organized. Now it feels grimy and neglected. It's still busy but has a feel of an old school gas station rather than a modern convenience store with made to order food. I used to order here regularly now due to sanitary issues, I'm wary.

I just tried the adult slushies and they were god awful. I genuinely want my money back. They aren't even palatable. 14 dollars and over 32 ounces wasted 👎 and the worst part I can't even call the store because they don't have a local phone number.

Three times in the last 3 or 4 months I’ve been by for the “free” tire air. Twice one or both of the pumps weren’t working.

Very clean and comfortable stores/restrooms that are easy to navigate
Easily access gas pumps and safely navigate parking lot. Checkout is VERY FAST.
There are decent sales once in a while, and Apps that can find discounts on food and gasoline (ex. Upside App/GetGo/Giant Eagle Rewards).
Giant Eagle shoppers/members can use the App to receive an even bigger discount! The Savings make dealing with the Apps worth while!
I feel GetGo has VERY GOOD FOOD, but it's expensive. The welcoming sit down dining indoors (and outside) make the expense worth it ALOT of the time, but if you're on-the -go, I recommend checking the Apps for deals before grabbing something quick to eat.
The Staff, and customers make for a pleasant atmosphere.
Fill your tires while you're there!! The Air is FREE!!!

I'll never go to this location again. They had advertisements everywhere for Red Bull so I grabbed a couple. At the register the promotion didn't come up. I mentioned it to the girl working the register and she just stood there like she didn't know what to do. I said 3 different times that there's an advertisement on the doors. She didn't even bother asking any of her coworkers. She just stood there. She then asked me if I wanted to buy the merchandise still at full price. I told her that I wanted the same price advertised on the door. She just stood there staring at me more until I decided to drive to country fair instead because they had the same promotion. Absolutely terrible customer service. Train your employees to deal with situations. She didn't even know how to respond to me

Food is always hot and delicious no matter the hour. I often get a burger and fries at 3-4am and it's cooked when you order quickly and with zero issues so far. Thanks for helping me sleep with a full stomach Get Go

This is my go-to spot whenever I travel to Erie PA. Love that they offer a wide variety of food options 24/7.Subs, pizza, chicken, fish, etc.Portions are fulfilling definitely check it out if ever traveling through at 1am when damn near everything else is shut down at those late night hours.8/29/23Here I am able to try their wings and was impressed by the flavor and price. Had some loaded tots as well. Their food is delicious and not because I am a big man but because it's great food so stop in when passing through Erie PA or staying there

Great location and offers a nice selection of snacks, beverages including alcohol, and gift cards from many other retailers. The gift card purchases can be accrued onto a Giant Eagle Advantage card, which the store will activate at no charge. Their Cafe has a wide assortment of fresh coffee, and made to order food, absolutely delicious!! Friendly service too!
