Placed food order, 5 minutes before 3 employees appeared in the kitchen, didn't think to check my food temperature before driving away but discovered 30% of one of my hot dogs was cold and undercooked. Double the price of Sheetz with less quality.

Late nights they really ought to have somebody monitor the front end a little closer. The self-checkout is difficult to use.
They seem short staffed on a regular basis because there are times when there is nobody over at the gas station either.
The cafe is outrageously priced. I truly have to keep myself from spending my hard-earned money because their food is very good, but not so good that it warrants the prices.

Good convenience store with clean bathrooms. But in the truck parking area, there are many trucks that have snow covered windshields in a lot that says for GetGo customers only. I know it snows a lot, but not in the time it takes to be a customer here. Why are trucks allowed to park here for days? Maybe even weeks? Makes it difficult for those of us truck drivers that just want to take a break...

The hot dogs are ALWAYS burned and/or hard on the edges. For $2.29 each, it's such a rip off! GROSS! Burgers are hard too! How do they stay in business? I've given them enough chances! After today, we won't buy any food from here again. Zero stars if I am being honest.

If I could give 0 stars I would for the gas pumps specifically for the morning attendant. He clearly does not want to be there. The last 3 times I've been there to get gas on my way to work, he has given more issues about the amount of gas I am able to pump. Because I played these games every time, I have been late due his shenanigans. Needless to say, I will not be going in the morning any longer.

I'm a regular here but there is a few ladies here who have poor customer service and shouldn't be working with the people. One night shift cashier is always rude. Today I ordered food. They gave me the wrong food. I went back and said this isn't what I ordered. The lady snatched the food from me and threw it. She definitely had a attitude problem. The person next to me said to her he was waiting a long time for his food and didn't know where it is. I stated to no reason for her to be so rude to us. I complained to the manager about my service today and stated some of their employees have poor customer service.

One of the best convenience stores I've ever been to. Free drinks for police and military. Bathrooms always clean and food is always fresh. Store is always stocked. And there is a place for patrons to relax and eat their food and charge their phone or whatever need be. With plenty of charging bays might I add. On top of the friendly staff this has to be one of the best place I've ever had the pleasure of shopping in! Keep it up!

The two young ladies who checked me out and made my food were fantastic. The young lady in the kitchen was absolutely adorable. I think she felt bad for only having half a loaf of everything bread left. It was early in the morning, and I would assume they were there all night. They were very pleasant, the store was clean and very organized. I hope they are there again when I go to Erie next week. The girl in the kitchen was really cute too ?

Food is FuelWe visited this getgo at 5pm for an afternoon snack. We both got appetizers and drinks. All the appetizers were cooked fresh and correctly. The cheese sticks and cheese cubes were a good quality. Certainly a step above typical gas station food. The mini corn dogs were fair. I got a brewed iced tea. There is a lot of variety.I’d give them five stars but every table in the dining area needed wiped off.
