I'm a regular here but there is a few ladies here who have poor customer service and shouldn't be working with the people. One night shift cashier is always rude. Today I ordered food. They gave me the wrong food. I went back and said this isn't what I ordered. The lady snatched the food from me and threw it. She definitely had a attitude problem. The person next to me said to her he was waiting a long time for his food and didn't know where it is. I stated to no reason for her to be so rude to us. I complained to the manager about my service today and stated some of their employees have poor customer service.

One of the best convenience stores I've ever been to. Free drinks for police and military. Bathrooms always clean and food is always fresh. Store is always stocked. And there is a place for patrons to relax and eat their food and charge their phone or whatever need be. With plenty of charging bays might I add. On top of the friendly staff this has to be one of the best place I've ever had the pleasure of shopping in! Keep it up!

The two young ladies who checked me out and made my food were fantastic. The young lady in the kitchen was absolutely adorable. I think she felt bad for only having half a loaf of everything bread left. It was early in the morning, and I would assume they were there all night. They were very pleasant, the store was clean and very organized. I hope they are there again when I go to Erie next week. The girl in the kitchen was really cute too ?

Food is FuelWe visited this getgo at 5pm for an afternoon snack. We both got appetizers and drinks. All the appetizers were cooked fresh and correctly. The cheese sticks and cheese cubes were a good quality. Certainly a step above typical gas station food. The mini corn dogs were fair. I got a brewed iced tea. There is a lot of variety.I’d give them five stars but every table in the dining area needed wiped off.

The one employee had an attitude. I also witnessed a homeless lady come in soaked from the rain. She asked if they had a lost and found that maybe they would have a sweater she could have. They were no help.The security guard, on the other hand, was absolutely the best. He bought her a coffee, and she complained her hands were frozen. So he bought her gloves and a poncho. She was so grateful. Security guy 5 stars.

Milkshake day!! My experience was terrible. First of all the tall men manager with the long beard needs to find new job if he hates his job that much. Next time you run out of ice cream please just let your customers know do not substitute with half and half. The most disgusting milkshake!!! Way to go Getgo ?

GetGo is a gas station and convenience store chain that is owned by Giant Eagle grocery store and currently has locations in several states. What makes GetGo so great is not just their gasoline and their snacks but also their Made-to-Order food that tastes GOOD! Foods on the menu include breakfast sandwiches, submarine sandwiches, pizzas, burgers, hotdogs, chicken sandwiches, wraps, paninis, burritos, quesadillas, salads, fried chicken, French fries, appetizers such as jalapeño bites, and even some vegetarian and plant-based foods. Beverages include sodas, smoothies, milkshakes, lattes, beers, etcetera. Prices are reasonable. My husband and I stopped in here to purchase snacks and beverages for our road trip. We easily found a parking spot in the parking lot. The building looked to be in excellent and clean condition. We picked out our foods and drinks, and we waited in a line at the cash register for a short while. The cashier was very friendly, and he did a great job with ringing up our purchase and thanking us for visiting.
