My dishwasher was delivered and the guys just left they took packing with them but the directions say to use that to help put on wheels! I asked guys about wheels and they said there weren't any. They immediately left and the wheels were inside. I will never order from home depot again because I have no way to keep the wheels from falling off and when I called the store they said I'd have to pay 200 dollars for installation for the wheels! Never again!

BUYER BEWARE...You are no longer allowed to return without a receipt. In trying to curtail a few random acts of shop lifting EVERYONE is being treated as a criminal. One return , per life, at Home Depot on your drivers license. In their attempts to keep a few thefts at bay HOME DEPOT HAS BECOME THE THIEF. I've sent approx $50!000 here over last couple of years in remodeling my home...and now I'm treated like a thief. I'm done. No more HOME DESPOT For me

Thank you to the appliance associate who talked me into the GE appliance because they are so easy to get fixed. My LESS THAN 90 DAYS OLD washer is already broke and I cannot get an appointment for a MONTH!! Then what if needs parts??? I am not well and cannot haul laundry to the laundromat for a month or more When I called Home Depot today they could barely tell me to call the manufacturer I see on numerous websites the customer service at Home Depot is rated a 1. I can see why. She talked me out of LG because they take so long to get repaired. Well surprise! The same repairman who fixed my LG is my new GE repairman. I am beyond angry and I will post this anywhere I can. It sounds like my board is shorting out. That’s really safe.

went in to make and exchange on a light bulb that we purchased in Lakewood NY. was told they didn't sell it we didn't get from there. seems if old merchandise that it should be in your system yet. these big box stores are not about customer service. don't have much choice any more they have run everyone out of business and seems like they don't have what you are looking for anymore

Not a bad place employees are helpful and go out of there way to show you where products are kept. Store was clean and well lit. Got in and out very quickly. Well stocked.

Don't go here if you worry about COVID 19! Customers NOT social distancing/wearing face masks, or improperly wearing face coverings (nose hanging out). Old man phlegmy coughed near me bare faced. HOME DEPOT NOT TELLING PEOPLE LIKE THIS TO COVER UP OR LEAVE. Associates are lazy with bad attitudes overall. Products NOT held for me in the Garden Center as promised, I had to shop it myself in the end, checkout time took forever, possibly exposing me to COVID 19 and I am HIGH RISK. Thanks, Home Depot, for putting PROFITS over PEOPLE.

This Home Depot is garbage. The employees are super rude, disrespectful, and offer a military discount but all the employees hate you if you try to use it and will deny you use of it and say we don't except that form of military ID. Have had to call corporate three times on this store due to employees attitudes and there managers are the same way and don't care how their employees treat the customers or the fact that because of an employee the store lost out on 1600 dollar purchase that i took down to Lowe's a block away. (Which the rude employee here actually recommended.... LOL)

Lori Snyder Knowles 1 min · I just want people to know how We are being treated by Home Depot in Erie. We bought a new slider and it was to be in installed on September 11th. The install was done and it was bad!!! Actually terrible. I called Home Depot to send some one out to look at it. Make a long story short they were to be out today to fix it and they never showed up. The field supervisor has yet to call me. I am soooo beyond frustrated I don;t want to have any one else have to go through this. .

Customer service sucks. Had an employee walk right pass me twice! Didn't even acknowledge that I was still in the same spot, still looking at the shelf. Then I waited for 10 minutes to have someone cut me some copper wire........that never got done. These employees could be a little more friendly.

Went to Home Depot looking for a wet/dry vac... found one I liked but needed some assistance.. I search around and can't find anyone to help... I walk to the service desk... as I stand there being overlooked by several employees talking amongst themselves.. an employee walks over “ have u been helped†I proceed to tell him of the assistance I need he continues with how he can't leave the service desk and how I need to find someone in hardware... so he calls then pages someone... no response... no one to help...thank you Home Depot for wasting my time...
