A few hours after my pedicure my feet began to itch in my shoes. It's been 2 days now and I woke up this morning with blisters on 4 of my toes. I have been to galaxy 5 times and I got an infection 2 of those times. I should have learned the first time and don't recommend you go there

It’s really frustrating after I leave when I ask for something specific and you don’t tell me you can’t do it, yet I see you go above and beyond for some clients. I have been coming here for MONTHS. This will be my last time. Like what kind of design is this? I didn’t even ask for this. I asked for one star and French tips. What is that box? I’m actually embarrassed of these nails.

I got a full set of acrylics put on 1 week before graduation. Within two days one nail completely came popped off. When I let them know they fixed it for free, but it was extremely lose and is about to come off again. Three days after the first one came off, another cracked in half. I have a third one that I have to be careful with because it is lifting off of my nail. I have gotten full sets of acrylics put on multiple times before from other places and they have lasted me a month.

I was asking questions for suggestions and “Linda” would not acknowledge or have a conversation. Just kept repeating pricing. I ended up getting a French tip acrylic and it looked like a kindergartner just put white out at the ends. Glue all around my fingers. Terrible. I will never go there again. Ever. I HIGHLY encourage no one else to either. Also the male employee didn’t do my daughter’s nails right. They looked terrible

I have already posted a negative review but it was conveniently taken down. Linda was terrible. the absolute WORST "French manicure " ever. basically just put what looks like white out on the top of my nails, glue all over my fingers and then had a fit a grabbed my nails and cut them off when I told an employee how bad they were. Customer service was SO bad. NEVER GO THERE

Horrible job shaping my nails left a lot of ridges, uneven acrylic, rude conversations from staff just not impressed I shouldn’t have to file my own nails after the salon. We did even get the pedis we had planned on.

I can't say enough about all of the special people that work here. They are like family. Hey if they are willing to work on my feet, they are very special! Never be afraid to tip generously, as they are all very hard working . I go to a guy I call "Uncle"Not sure what his real name is, but go in and ask for Uncle!!! He gives the best pedi and will make you laugh!!!

I got into a gnarly car accident, totaled my truck and broke 2 ribs, but you know what didn't break? A SINGLE NAIL OFF MY ALMOST 2 WEEK OLD SET! Acrylics built to last and done clean and slick ?

This was my first time getting my nails done ever, for homecoming, and I think they could sense that and decided to take advantage of me! The nails were pretty but I sat there for over 50 Minutes and I was charged $95 for my NAILS ALONE. This I outrageous. I will never be going backServices: Nail art

I went here 3 times, the first 2 times I had the same lady and she was wonderful. I love listening to the customer and employee banter, there's a friendly atmosphere and they're very chatty. On my 3rd visit, I wanted to change to a dip manicure and a man was doing it. He essentially picked my colors for me and told me the color scheme I usually like to do (pink and purple) wouldn't look good in my nail gradient so he picked nude to pink. When he was doing the dip, I asked him why he was using a brush to apply the dip powder when elsewhere I went would dip my finger. He then went on to say "this is better than dip, it lasts longer", I doubled back on the fact that I asked for a dip manicure and he went on to say, "it is dip, it's dip powder." Now I haven't got my nails done a lot and this is the 2nd time I've ever done dip so I let it go there. He gave me an ACRYLIC set, which is not what I asked for. I have changed which nail salon I go to and the removal process was so long while soaking in acetone for minutes at a time and these nails were breaking off in small chips on occasion. I, now, am properly getting a dip manicure at Erie Nails.
