Frank's has been good to me! I've taken everything from my tailored suit, to just nice pants/shirts and they always get them cleaned up and very nice. I like the quality of work.

We’ve taken our duvet here and a few articles of clothing. We’ve had nothing but a great experience! It’s super convenient because my husband passes it on his way home from work.

Disrespectful, rude and lack of customer service. Very unfortunate experience with Franks and advise no one to go there. Don't ever "STORE" an item there for "storage" does not mean they keep it.My mother had a beautiful custom made mink made for her in Hong Kong which we stored there. After my mother passed in 2016, I received and paid the storage bill in 2017. I did not have a place for the fur so I kept it at Franks. I never received another storage bill; they did not call me or mail a bill although they knew our address. Last October I called to ask about the coat, pay the bill, and pick it up in November on my trip from out of town. I was told they would get back to me. I called repeatedly and did not get an answer. In November on my visit I finally walked in. Only then did an employee call me back and say that Zachary was looking for the coat, perhaps in Pittsburgh. Again many calls and no return calls. I emailed the storage receipt and last bill paid and an appraisal of the coat (value of $5000) to Zachary. After sending twice he acknowledged he received it but no more details about the coat. Again I called repeatedly and got no where. The phone wasn't answered or went busy or they did not return my messages. I had a friend go in and ask about the coat; they were told they may have "donated" the coat.Finally today, I called and Frank answered. He said he knew all about the coat... "That coat is 50-60 years old and its not worth anything; it was hanging around here for years and you never paid the bill; we no longer have it; you can sue us but its not worth it." Then he promptly hung up on me. I called back and he would not answer the phone.

I brought in my silk wedding dress with an ink stain on it and Frank personally took care of it. It was unbelievable! I am elated he was able to work his magic on it. He was kind, honest and accommodating. Excellent service.

Hi everyone I have been to Frank's cleaners 2 times the first was too have a vintage jacket cleaned the sent it out they did a great job on that so I took my peacoat too have the button pot on and was back there 3times the first when I got home the button was not on the jacket so I went back after three trips and now the buttons don't line up with the button holes so iam not using them again so I am just letting you know what kind of work there people do .thanks Tom Owens sr .

Kind courteous an knowledgeable friendly an helpful the staff at Frank's cleaners have been very helpful to me thank you for saving my son's beloved Steelers leather jacket an for giving me the knowledge I needed to save my irreplaceable leather jacket an for going the extra mile to remove ink from one of my uniform shirts your extra effort an patience saved me from buying a replacement thank you....highly recomend

After many years of being a customer, I recently got a big disappointment.
I needed an area rug cleaned. Before I brought it to Frank’s Cleaner, I called there and asked if they do this type of cleaning. They confirmed THEY DID. Another day, I dropped it off and when it was scheduled for pick up, it wasn't ready. I was asked to come back a couple days later. Ok. I came back, picked up my rug, and paid. When I got it at home, I figured out it wasn't cleaned! WASN'T CLEANED AT ALL! I brought it back and complained. The employee didn't apologized and didn't explain anything, She just took it back and scheduled me again for to pick it up a few days later..
At after my 5th trip to this place, I was hoping to finally get a clean rug. Guess what? They didn't clean it! The Manager was in the back, but he didn't come out with an explanation or apology. The Employee said to me that "according to direction tag on the rug, it can't be dry cleaned". They refunded my money. I'm not their customer anymore. Very bad customer service.

If I could leave a negative star I would. The woman with "pixie" cut was highly unprofessional. After she couldn't find my clothing she made no effort to look elsewhere. I explained to her it must be there for I hadn't picked it up. She was snarky and didn't care if she found my items or not. After she found my clothing she made no effort to apologize for her rude behavior. I am unsure how this establishment remains in business. I will never go back and I do not recommend.
