My daughters lacrosse season was canceled in April, we still have not received a refund. Weekly emails to Troy Bingham and Lou Ensani (actual finance manager ) are sent asking for an update on when the refund will occur. The only response received so far is " Lou is the finance manager and handles all the refunds and is cc'd on this email", from Troy and never anything from Lou.

I don't normally write reviews but I was so disappointed with my experience. I came here the summer the new owners took over and everything was so nice. I came here last weekend it has just gone downhill. Putt-Putt course was a disaster. It doesn't look like anyone is maintaining the greens. Theres weeds growing everywhere and even over growing into the greens making it impossible to Putt-Putt. Some holes the greens were actually ripped/coming up off the ground. Puddles of water on some holes and not to mention the millions of bees. Random balls/putters just on the greens seeming like nobody even cleans it up at night. This could be such a nice Putt-Putt course if someone would just take care of it. It has made me not want to come back. so disappointed.

COLD facility dress warm if visiting during the winter. Limited parking. Some bleacher seats available bring a chair if desired. Nice courts for volleyball.

I love this place, it’s clean and spacious. But the problem is that the website doesn’t say anything about public skating other than the ticket price. Like any other place you should be able to call and ask the staff what time they are open but you can’t ask here, I live 30 minutes away from the place and I had to drive all the way here just to check if they open for public skating or not. Either fix your website cuz it’s a mess or allow people to call the place. Thank you!

This offers two sides of ice which is nice. Lots of space to walk around and be but very little seating. The upstairs looks out over both rinks but still very minimal seating. It's incredibly cold in this rink except the lobby is kind of warm. Parking was abundant which is awesome because the other rinks around were really lacking in places to park.

I was there for a hockey tournament today. The facility is in good condition and there is ample room for parking. However, as a spectator it is quite a bit colder than other places. People were jokingly calling it the frozen tundra. You'll want to make sure you're dressed warmly with hat and gloves. I was at the Mercyhurst ice rink the night before and it is much more comfortable to be a spectator there.

The new owners are fantastic and really bringing the sport park back to life. It was a great place to hold a fundraising walk for my organization. The owners were helpful throughout the event planning process and their staff were so supportive the day of the event. I would definitely hold an event here again and definitely recommend it to others. The location is easy to get to, known by many, and offers so many amenities.

I decided to take the family to mini golf friday night. Out of the 3 locations this is the most expensive, but it has 2 courses and was close to home. The 1st thing we noticed was the water was off. The standing water was quite dirty and full of algae. There were prickly weeds in the stones and an abandoned weed whacker left on the 9th hole. Most of the holes were in complete disrepair. Rips in the turf, missing boarder stones, and a serious ant issue makes this place very unsafe and practically unplayable. The bridge on blue course (I believe hole 15) is in major disrepair. Many of the boards are broken and very loose. I would not recommend this location to anyone. This place has potential and could be a beautiful location, but need a major investment for updates and be properly maintained. I miss the bayfront location, and will only go to edinboro going forward. Please fix this course before children get seriously injured. I would have taken photos, but opted not to take my phone with me on the family outing.

Have to wait eternity to get on the go karts. Only letting 2-4 people on at a time when they have 12 go karts. Batting cage balls are not even real baseballs and softballs, but really hard plastic, so they hurt your hands and arms when you hit one. Most of the bathroom stalls didn’t have locks of them. Only thing I liked was the mini golf and the pizza was okay.

Love this place. Went a few days ago with family. The band was playing they were fantastic. It would have been so much nicer if there had been umbrellas at the picnic tables. It was so hot.

Friendly helpful staff although there probably could be more employees working. The mini golf needs a remodel badly. It was quite boring. Other than that, you can tell the new owners are.trying very hard to keep this place running.

Go carts where ok BUT the brakes are on the back tires, so hitting them means the carts become very unstable, and the employees barley speak english and are hard to understand, put put was fun

My son was leaving the Eriebank Sports Park and blew out his front tire hitting a huge pothole at the west entrance. I had to drive up and change his tire so he could drive home. I reported it to the female manager at the front desk who admitted that the pothole had been there and was a problem. She stated that her manager would call my number to discuss paying for the tire replacement. I even called and left a message for the manager to call me, but no one ever did. I spent $175 to fix his car and think that it would have been the right thing to do by Eriebank Sports Park to reimburse the bill. This place has never been on the "up and up" as long as I can remember about a lot of things. Beware of a huge pothole at the west entrance that could have been easily filled. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
