I don't know much about computers so expected him to be knowledgeable. Went in for thermal pads and he gave me these huge pads and said I would be fine, it wasn't. Almost fried my gpu cause this dude didn't know I needed the right pad thickness.

I've bought 3 computer systems and a server over the last 15 years from Expert Computers.The fact that I'm a long time repeat customer says it all. I've found their prices to be as cheap or cheaper than online sites. I've always liked that they were local and I could go to them for service if I had a problem, even though I never had to. The times I was considering a new system anyone I talked to was very helpful and really knew their stuff. A previous reviewer said they bought a system and never turned it on, but when they took it back they were told they'd be charged. All my systems came with a 1-year parts & labor plus manufacturers warranties. What did they do, leave it in the box for 2 years then expect it to be fixed for free? No manufacturer will cover anything like that. They also said you can tell it had never been turned on. Really? How can you tell? That review makes no sense to me. There must be more to the story than they're saying.

This company is honest, fair, and very good at what they do. I work directly with the owner and he goes out of his way to make sure everything is running at peak performance.
