From 2015 they helped me get my first pc build it was great. I came back for my own pc and Jacob is a very nice guy who never had problems with if u have patience of getting ur pc do right and thx jacob

I don't know much about computers so expected him to be knowledgeable. Went in for thermal pads and he gave me these huge pads and said I would be fine, it wasn't. Almost fried my gpu cause this dude didn't know I needed the right pad thickness.
