“Stopped by today because I lost my primary phone that had all my passwords stored in it. I worked with Shyann, and in a short time I had a new phone and was beginning to get apps and stuff loaded back in. I returned a short time later and we were able to get into my Google account and get all that working. Just bummed that I lost all my pictures, but that's on me. I couldn't have been more pleased with Shyann and her customer service skills, knowledge and wit with this technical stuff. Don't let her go. Thanks again.”

“We have been coming to this location for YEARS, maybe 15? I’ve lost count. Anyway, we love the personal service and being able to ask questions, have things serviced, transfer data, etc. in person. We started with fairly basic phones and always got clear answers about how models compared, never feeling pushed to agree to more than we wanted. So many of the employees have been here for as long as we can remember, so that suggests the company must treat them well. Our current family plan doesn’t exist anymore, but they always find ways to include us in offers that might apply to us and let us know what changes would or wouldn’t be helpful for us. Even when we have to wait we have always been treated well. We recently tried the newer branch on West 12th Street and found good service there as well. Thanks for being there, T-Mobile shop!”

“stopped here quickly shortly before they closed. i tried to be as fast as i could and despite cutting it that close staff was still awesome and polite with me (i had just driven into town and checked into my hotel and the room was super gross so i wanted to get a pillow, sheets, wash clothes, cleaning products.)
usually i use self checkout but the clerk who was cashing asked a group of customers and myself, or rather, offered to cash us. i don't know what prompted me but i went to her, apologized for being there so last minute as well as her cashing. she said she *wanted* to as it helped pass those last minutes- and i hope she meant it (granted i feel that way and i'm in retail too, it does make time pass and distract you.) either way, she was so friendly and it really meant a lot to sort of balance the weird/gross hotel stuff i had just went through so thank you! i really wish i had her name to write a comment to target directly.”

This interaction was one of the best I have had in a Verizon store. My man needs a raise and all stores need this kind of customer service. Highly recommend this location”

Erie is very lucky to have Jeff and his team to help. Not only are they good with “people in the know” but, and more importantly, are patient and caring for those who may not be technically inclined and the elderly from what I have witnessed while in the store. “This place is Hands down one of the best audio shops I ever dealt with.they are top notch. I went in there this morning to have some work done. These guys make you feel at home that's no exaggeration. I had my wife and a 2 and 3 year old. These guys put on a Disney show for the children on a 77 inch big screen TV. They offered coffee and drinks for everyone
Now for the work it is perfect just what I needed and wanted if I could I would have gave them 10 stars because 5 stars in my eyes is an under statement . They will be seeing me and others again. Once again thank you very much for letting us feel so blessed while being there”
