“We have been coming to this location for YEARS, maybe 15? I’ve lost count. Anyway, we love the personal service and being able to ask questions, have things serviced, transfer data, etc. in person. We started with fairly basic phones and always got clear answers about how models compared, never feeling pushed to agree to more than we wanted. So many of the employees have been here for as long as we can remember, so that suggests the company must treat them well. Our current family plan doesn’t exist anymore, but they always find ways to include us in offers that might apply to us and let us know what changes would or wouldn’t be helpful for us. Even when we have to wait we have always been treated well. We recently tried the newer branch on West 12th Street and found good service there as well. Thanks for being there, T-Mobile shop!”

This interaction was one of the best I have had in a Verizon store. My man needs a raise and all stores need this kind of customer service. Highly recommend this location”

“Custom Audio installed a Sony head unit to replace the factory unit in my 2018 Subaru, so I could access Apple CarPlay. Couldn’t be more pleased with the results…looks great and they seamlessly integrated it into the factory audio system, steering wheel controls, and backup camera. Highly recommend!”
