Simply put, Nearly my whole wardrobe is Eddie Bauer. From socks, shoes, and boots to coats, hoodies, and caps, and everything in between. Product is well made. Large selections. Quick deliveries. And amazing sales.

Eddie Bauer sells women's, men's, and children's clothes, footwear, and gear for camping and home. During my visit to this particular location, I noticed that the store had shelves and racks that were full of merchandise, but the selection of styles and sizes was not as large as what I saw on Eddie Bauer's website. Nonetheless, I found a nice hoodie to buy. It was regularly priced at $50 but was on sale for $35. The best aspect of this store was the customer service. When I entered this store, an employee very courteously greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. I appreciate how nice he was and how he did not pressure me to buy anything. When I was ready to checkout, he accurately rang up my purchase and processed my payment. He offered me a discount for signing up for Eddie Bauer's Rewards program and a coupon to use at other stores that are owned by the same parent company.

After my big coat delay I previously reviewed got resolved satisfactory I have been using sales and such been getting some new gear Wheelchair accesible ,no Wi-Fi ( generally the interior of the mall is cellular dead spot for most carriers ) currently friends and family 50 % off sale , I picked up an exploration boonie hat for summer ,vented mesh top , wide brim and SPF 50 , cloud cap rain jacket in Dark marigold and black cloud cap rain pants , both pants and jacket are Packable into there own pocket and have a leash to hook onto pack : and some exploration packing cubes . Telephone Customer service from corporate is pretty weak , the store people will be happy to help you and go out of there way to make sure your satisfied Jim is I think the manager Darla is assistant I worked with Jon and Jim today , I prefer the in store treatment to that of phone support ( it is farmed out to Philippines and Pakistan ) I also order online thru the app . Sales and clearance shopping is my thing .

The staff are very helpful and interested in helping you find your best options. They go above what I'd expect from a chain and even keep customer profile cards for frequent customers. I've had hand-written notes from their staff on my local ads, which tells me I've probably been here too often but really does show a personal interest in their customers.Overall very good staff with a consistently good experience. Eddie Bauer also has pretty good products and there aren't many other good outdoor brand presences in Erie.

This should be your go-to store for outerwear and casual clothing. The clothing is made to last. The service is also unparalleled; the staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and satisfied with your selections. There's not an Eddie Bauer where I live, so when I return to visit family in Erie, I always make a point to stop at the Millcreek Mall location and pick up a few things. I've never been disappointed and am always glad to see the same happy faces welcome me back to the store, many of whom even remember me by name!
