East End Angler, located in Erie, PA, is a great place to stop before you hit the lake. Kirk and his fellow staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. This bait shop has everything you need to hit your limit, not to mention a large, well maintained live well. East End Angler has the best quality minnows in town! Next time you plan on hitting the lake, make sure you stop in and see " The Minnow Man".

The prices are fair, the people who run the place are friendly, and they have a decent selection of different tackle plus all kinds of bait. I don't fish over on that end of town much, but when I do, I make sure I buy my stuff here.

First time stopping in. We were from out of town and she gave us a couple of great fishing spots to try. She was also super friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend for bait with a large selection. We bought a new rod and reel and the guy offered to string it for us. Definitely will come back!

Ok selection of local fishing necessities. Kirk is very knowledgeable and helpful to put you on the fish. Consistent hours of operation, never close early ?. Always very smoky inside.

Stupidly overpriced, bought four lures and dozen night crawlers and charged me $90 for a $40 purchase. Will never go back there again, and the receipts don’t even show how much they entered everything in for. Worst place , don’t go if you want ripped off.

Awesome tackle shop been going there since I was a kid. Great service and good place to get some insight on where and what people have been catching fish on. Highly recommend stopping by and seeing the minnow man.
