Class act boutique! I kept eyeing up a hat in the window but left town without going into the store. I called, spoke to a kind woman, described the hat and purchased it over the phone. My hat just arrived (2 days later) wrapped beautifully with a sweet thank you card!

I visited the store twice this over the last few days, shopping with my mom and aunt. The staff is very friendly, down-to-Earth, and willing to help. I love that there is a good mix of higher-end and affordable fashions. The West Erie Plaza is lucky to have a tenant that is so nice! Even though I live in Cleveland, I'll be back!
