Moldy food in the fridges everytime I've looked had to change stores

No phone service in the store or the parking lot. I need to call up my coupons and shopping list from the app and can't do that. How about some wifi for your customers?

I've tried to stop by this store several times for the past week and a half, and every time they've been unofficially closed with signs all over the door.
