The first time shopping here and the cashier was phenomenal. Every cashier I've ever had at this store is always angry, doesn't engage in any convos, not helpful and just very unpleasant but this cashier was very upbeat, helpful kind and respectful. She deserves to be recognized In some way. Pay raise, paid vacation days, health insurance, ect. Since COVID dollar general has the worst time having any employees, the employees they do have are very overworked, underpaid. They have to be full front end cashier, customer service, but they are expected to be all over the store unpacking the truck shipments that are so backed up, and watch for any customers ready to cash out. The better management treats their employees the better the employees will work for you.

Says they are open until 10pm went here around 5 and a woman stopped me at the door to tell me they were closed.

I just got off work had a sweet tooth stopped for candy. They had a sign advertising Starburst 2 for 4. And black forest gummy 2 for 4. At the register the cashier gave me my total and I told them because of the signs it was incorrect. I was informed that they don't have to change shit, the ones out there do. This is your total, I don't have time for this. This person was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional and rude. I did not argue with the cashier. I informed them that I was done I didn't need the items have a nice day. So I left. I did not place a gender because I am not sure if she was a he or vis versa irregardless they were wrong for the treatment I received.

Bare shelves, dirty floors, clutters and unorganized. I would not recommend this store.

A little bit better than it's sister store in 12th st. The parking lot of adequate. The store aisles are narrow and it tends to be cluttered.
