Polite, Professional, Punctual
I have been a customer of Denny's since moving to Erie in 2016. I have enjoyed the polite and friendly atmosphere that you will experience when entering Denny's. I appreciate the professionalism of those I have encountered and the punctuality of the service they have provided. I have found them to be trustworthy in their diagnosis and the price they charge is reasonable for the service provided.

John went above and beyond to help my daughter and her husband after they had an accident coming home from North Carolina! He was able to fix the mechanics so she could get back home safely to get back to work and deal with the rest of the insurance repairs from home without losing her job. Couldn’t thank him enough for going the extra mile for her!

I'm a commuter to Behrend so my car is essential to get back and forth from the campus. The workers were very professional and helpful with informing me about what repairs were made to my car. My car was making an awful lot of noise. The fix was affordable and timely. Additionally, they were very kind and funny. Thank you for the help! I will definitely be coming back if I have any other car problems!!!
