Horrible! I waited in the drive through for 40 min. It's now my turn and there is nothing but a black curtain. I hit the call button for 10 min and nothing! I never got waited on! Middle of the day and they close the drive through with no sign or warning? I had my two babies with me which was the reason I was in the drive through.

Horrible service I had 2 prescription 's filled on the same day that have to be taken together together, the amounts do not match up.when you try to contact them they say it's not there fault. Instead of trying to help they argue with you. Iam transferring all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Will never go there again.

Directed by my doctor to ask my pharmacist if I could take a certain herbal supplement. Pharmacist said she never heard of the supplement and I should Google it and hung up before I could ask another question.

I generally don't like CVS. They do not really care about health, only their bottom line and it shows in their services. The only bright spot of my visit is the young cashier was nice and could hold a minimal conversation. Plus they're open 24hrs which is helpful.

1 of the few places open 24/7. Prices are a bit high but, I've never had any problems with anything I've bought from here. Great staff, very clean store and restrooms. You do have to get a code for bathroom, which is actually why it's so nice. Highly recommend for pharmacy.

It is 11/15/23 at 12:47 in the afternoon I called about my enhalers to see why their still not filled and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude with sooo much attitude so I finished up my call and asked her for her name in which she refused to give me her name I switched from rite aid to cvs due to my rite aid closing and so I came here because it’s close to me and but I will not tolerate anyone disrespecting me and I will be contacting management right after this review. You CANNOT treat and talk to customers like that then refuse to even give your name so that you can be handled! You deserve 0 stars!!

How does a pharmacy that is open 24/7 always have such a long drive thru line!? On top of that, they take forever just to help one person.

Haven't been able to get my medication from this place for two days straight, first time they said it wasn't even there and the second time the pharmacy was just outright closed on a Tuesday afternoon, even the service was more than unhelpful

Z E R O STARS!! for pharmacyrude. complaining staff (Evonna, swearing about me as she hangs up) shorted our prescription(once for sure, but one other time also... i just didnt see it at first.) doesn't work well with doctors. Service has been downright terrible these last couple of years. I'm the one who tries to do the work of mediating between the doctor's office and this Pharmacy and it's like they still can't fill a prescription according to what the doctor prescribes. The last prescription we needed filled our doctor had to finally call and speak to the pharmacist herself. She ended up having to give a verbal authorization so as not to confuse CVS and their system. One pharmacist (charlie) accepted the verbal authorization the next day a different pharmacist (trisha) said that that verbal authorization had not been entered into the system. And then she(trisha) proceeded to change our prescription paperwork according to a verbal authorization that she did not receive herself. And when I went in to find out what was going on, the pharmacist herself (trisha)told me that "the culture of CVS does not care about clients or prescriptions and that the only thing their corporate culture cares about is vaccines." She also told me that trying to help facilitate the pharmacy and the doctor's office work well together would "only be possible in a perfect world." She said that to my face in person in front of me and other customers. I filed a complaint with CVS reg mgr. And now I will file a complaint with the State Board for licensing.and looked over a few other negative reviews... and lo and behold... it's a pattern #fireher
