This stupid pharmacy doesn’t even deserve one star!! Their hours posted on Google show they should be open till 9pm Friday. I was out of one of my medications and they knew I urgently needed it filled. Pulled up to drive thru window & was told they were working on it. When I returned At 8:03pm they had the cover over their window stating they were now closed…yet I could still aee lights on inside and obviously they didn’t all run out the door at 8pm. I knocked on the window and yelled to them but nobody addressed me. This is the last straw with this un-customer service friendly store…I will be switching all my medications to a more competent pharmacy!!

Only at this place would they be out of stock of my medication often. Also the pharmacy staff is plain rude and literally laughs at me when I pick up my prescription.

Not sure I have ever encountered a pharmacy staff who was less helpful or more uncompassionate than this one. After a family member's six week hospitalization I had trouble getting the discharge prescriptions filled, which I expected. What I didn't expect was the complete lack of compassion, help and advice I experienced from THREE different staff members. After 3 hours of various interactions I never once heard a please, a thank you or an I'm sorry we're having trouble filling your Rxs. I'll never spend another cent here...will be going to Walgreens for all future needs.

The staff was helpful. The pharmacist not. She was arrogant, talked over me and wouldn’t even let me ask a question, just kept repeating her same speech. Never said hello, zero empathy, total lack of feeling. I understand why she couldn’t help me but she never even said “I’m sorry we can’t help you”. Never said goodbye, just walked away. Needs a class in people skills.

I called to have a prescription filled from my doctor that I have been getting for 15 years. And they switched it to another generic and I have reactions to all of the generic brands. They are not the same per the pharmacist. I explained this to the pharmacist. Which I never ever have a problem at cvs on 12th and Peninsula. He explained there is a process. understand to it and he has to switch it. But trying to explain to him. He was the rudest pharmacist I have ever spoken to. Did not want to hear whatcI had to say. Kept cutting me off. You deal with patients everyday. Learn how to be polite. And courteous.

I personally enjoy this CVS because again they know who the locals are and they will give you respect and help you in anyway you need it. The pharmacy and it's employees back there are top notch and they know their medicines and will explain about everything about them. Also if you have a question about something on the shelf related to health and awareness, they are more than happy (even if they are extremely busy) to help you find the right and best product that you are looking for and need.My only problem that I didn't give them 5 stars is because they are trying this new fad ( checking out yourself) which I can't stand for a number of reasons but my biggest most important reason is that they are taking jobs away from REAL people who need to make a living and computers are not real people and they always make mistakes.Corporate, bring back a real person as a cashier or you are going to end up losing more and more business over time as the majority of people like it when they have a real person checking them out, not some d*** computer system.I'm a marketer and Salesman and nothing, I repeat nothing will EVER take the place of a human interaction. Maybe sometime WAY DOWN THE ROAD, but not now. This is not the time for this. So please change you business model. And I can guarantee if I did a 100 person survey, over 85% will feel the same as me. Think about that!!!

Received confirmation email and text message for COVID booster. Showed for appointment and pharmacists claimed appointment was not in system! Told to call corporate headquarters! That was a further joke! Terrible service, no respect for the disabled!

I walked over 50 blocks on fathers day to claim a money gram sent to me.i was treated like trash claiming they could not give it to me because some information was wrong.so i call money gram and they spoke directly to the cashier telling her they were going to process the trnsaction again.but even after that was done the cahier claim it was still showing something wrong so i had to leave .you would of thought they would show some concern.but i guess a minority like me am noone in there eyes .yea that hate still exsists and alway will as long as there are people like that in the world .
