Wheelchair Accesible ,no Wi-Fi . No pandemic precautions ,clean sanitary . Used to be a cell phone store on food court concourse. Picked up a nice Michael Meyers /Halloween movie black hoodie , nice quality ,comfortable , warm. Daughter loves the movie character .

Got my husband a hoodie they said $50 when it was done it was it cost $120 and the design was melted..not sure how they are still in business

Horrible! If I could give a lower score I would. When I talked to a gentleman I told him what I wanted and he said they could do it and it would be $25 for a t-shirt $45 for a sweatshirt. After everything was done my total was $200 for two shirts. He said it was because I had lettering but if it was going to be that much more he should have told me before the shirts were done. I will be calling the better business bureau.

One star only because it cannot be zero stars. I picked out (2) -shirts for my son, and a design that they pressed onto each one. I was charged $110 for (2) generic black t-shirts, each with a graphic design. $30 for each shirt, $20 for each design, and $5 so that it would "last longer in the wash." Total waste of money, and I'd encourage everyone to just go elsewhere.

Closed, and nobody knows why???? Mall management, security, and maintenance as well as customer service desk have no idea why they are closed. My wife's birthday is tomorrow, and I had to buy another shirt because I forgot the first one at home. Guess it doesn't matter, as they are not open!!! Website says they are open, but nobody knows why they are not!! Will not bother to waste time on this store again!!

They only had black shirts and hoodies to print on. Then it took the guy 45 minutes to figure out the printer.

I went there once and I was extremely excited to get a sweatshirt with my cat on it. The first day I had it, a little bit of rain got on it and it immediately got yellow spots. So I tried to wash it like he told me too and it turned completely yellow. I went and asked for a refund or a maybe even just a new one and he said no even though I only had it for a day. $45 wasted. I wish I could give it a negative star!
