Cricket over all has bad coverage. Towels are constantly not working properly during rain or somewhat strong winds.Makes it difficult if you’re using your phone for work.

Don't work there don't bother taking your business there either. Manager likes to talk badly about customers as soon as they leave the store and he is rude and unprofessional as well as incompetent as he could not even train a new employee correctly. Find a cell phone company that doesn't treat you like trash like this one does.

Thank you, Adain and David, for your competent and courteous service when I stopped at Cricket to check my old phone. It needed replacement and your explanations were spot on, about what the problem was, purchasing a new phone, and transferring data. Thank you Cricket for having such great employees!

Crazy blue haired girl needs to learn how to treat other people. Awful experience, no respect whatsoever, she should get fired, I don’t even know how she got the job. Terrible customer service. They have no clue what they are doing.Claims she is the manager yet cant do anything and tells us to call customer service, while we are in the store. Awful. They are useless. My grandma can provide better customer service

Service is terrible,no help,no respectful. due to the fact that such people work there, cricket will lose all clients, they have already lost me and my big family, I am switching to verizon, I do not need such an attitude,brhhh terrible people working in this place
