This is THE place to stay in Erie.
Everything was lovely, from the well appointed and designed room to the views, the location to the infinity pool, the little details in the bathrooms, and especially the amazing front desk staff who checked us in at 10:30 at night. For morning people, the jog (or walk) along the boardwalk is a perfect way to start the day. The best Erie nightlife and restaurants are all within a 5 minute walk, and Waldemere & WaterWorld and the peninsula are both less than a 10 minute drive away.
One note: Beware the spiders everywhere in summer 2024. Erie had a mild winter and they are all over the city this summer. Not dangerous, but definitely not a vibe.

The location is amazing but not as beautiful as their Infiniti pool overlooking the bay. We always stay here when visiting Erie. Room are very clean and so is the rest of the hotel. Indoor and outdoor pool are always stocked with pool towels. Starbucks coffee in the lobby you can also purchase some breakfast items while getting your latte. Recommend booking in advance as the hotel frequently sells out.
Rooms: Always clean and have shampoo, conditioner & body wash dispensers in shower. Mini fridge and coffee maker in every room.

Beautiful hotel and property. Excellent customer service with an amazing staff. Grace is the front desk manager and she will always make sure your experience is above your expectations. Two thumbs up!

We had a very nice 4 night stay.
Super helpful staff, and nice accommodations.
Would definitely stay again.
Noteworthy details: The infinity pool is nice and was never crowded during our stay.

Food & drinks: The food is always good. Please please consider “ other music, more relaxing music, more mellow”. The music is always always toooo loud. It’s almost a deal breaker for me.. meaning I might not come back ! This Saturday it was louder than ever, I was ready to jump out of my skin.
I will linger longer if it’s turned way down and more suitable to fine dining. Classy place !! Please
Change the music and volumn. This is my second review complaining about the loud music

Omg my bed was so comfortable I want to take it home I have arthritis and woke up with no pain it was my daughter birthday she told the front door and got a $75 food credit I fell rich due to the catering being so good when I went down to breakfast as soon as I hit the lobby it was like good morning music bumping staff up beat I tried the avocado and toast it was delicious breakfast is in the hotel so you don't have to go far but you can if you want
Rooms: Very comfortable bed draw to put your stuff you control the temperature
Nearby activities: I went to store nearby there is a bowling alley near by
Walkability: Great walk on the property with a great view of the lake even tho with my arthritis I didn't but people were

Very nice hotel! It was clean and the views are phenomenal! The location is perfect! My kids loved the 2 pools and the temperature in both of them felt great. Only thing is….the indoor pool looks way bigger in the pics than it does in person. It’s really small. But we still enjoyed it! A bigger trash can in the room would have been better instead of 3 tiny ones, especially with having kids! Just my opinion. And the music in the lobby was extremely loud, even at 6am! I went down to get some coffees and literally jumped when I got off the elevator. And no, I’m not an old person lol! I like music but not that loud first thing in the morning! ….Overall though our stay was awesome!

We have been visiting Erie for many years and this is the absolute best place to experience Lake Erie sunsets. Happy to find this hotel as it was our first visit. The staff goes out of their way to make you happy and the rooms and views are wonderful. The outdoor seating and restaurant are the best. Very relaxing atmosphere and hotel accommodations. We will be going back many times.

My wife and I love this hotel. Our favorite part of it, and our main reason for staying there, is the incredible infinity pool that looks out on the Bay in Erie. Absolutely beautiful. The rooms are extremely nice, with great views. The staff is exceptional - especially Grace at the front desk! Great, food and bar. Absolutely the best hotel in Erie!
