I believe its the first time ive walked out of a gas station feeling robed by a clerk . I can't even understand why there is a security guard there. I mean I left with my car on Empty and 20$ less than when I went in. Apparently the manager won't be in till 6am and they are the only ones qualified to authorize a gas pump to pump gas for fuel I just paid for. Very unsettling!

As a disabled veteran who loves riding my motorcycle, I’ve ridden through all kinds of conditions, but this morning was something else. After riding through the night in nonstop rain, I found myself freezing, soaked to the bone, and completely drained. The combination of slick roads and heavy weekday morning traffic made it far too dangerous to continue, so I pulled into the Country Fair on Peach Street, just south of I-90, across from the indoor water park, hoping to take shelter and wait for my son, who was driving from Ohio to pick me up.I’ve stopped at this location before and left my bike here to wait until the weather cleared, and I’ve never had an issue. I asked the cashier if it would be okay to do the same this time. Finding a quiet corner in the café area, I sat down, cold, exhausted, and simply closed my eyes. I wasn’t bothering a soul. But instead of a moment of peace, I was rudely disturbed by a condescending employee who took it upon himself to publicly humiliate me. This short, heavyset guy with brown hair and glasses delivered an unnecessary and obnoxious lecture about "no loitering," as if I was just hanging around for fun. This was while it was still pouring rain outside, with roads slick and dangerous. Yet, this clueless loudmouth showed zero concern for my safety. His only priority seemed to be enforcing some rule without any common sense or basic human decency. What’s even more alarming is that he carried himself like he might be in management—God, I hope not. If this is the kind of low-standard, unprofessional behavior that Country Fair accepts, they should be ashamed.Considering that I’m a disabled veteran seeking shelter from dangerous weather conditions, there may be legal implications here regarding the denial of reasonable accommodation. Forcing someone back into unsafe conditions could potentially be seen as neglecting a duty of care or violating ADA-related rights. This individual has no business working in customer service—he’s better suited for hiding out in his grandma’s basement, where his lack of empathy and professionalism wouldn’t be a hazard to others. Country Fair, you ought to be embarrassed to have someone like him representing your business. This guy disregarded my safety simply because he’s too ignorant to know better. He’s a disgrace—lazy, pathetic, and utterly out of his depth.
Update:
After some digging, I found out that Country Fair has an integrity helpline for issues like this. If this employee (John Atkins) ends up losing his job, it’s because of his own disgraceful behavior and my reporting it. I’m sure his fall from grace will serve as a stark reminder that you can’t mistreat customers and act like a tyrant without facing the consequences.

Please clean your bathrooms and refill toilet paper. Not sure why all country fair bathrooms in the entire northeastern side of Pennsylvania/erie county are disgusting and devoid of toilet paper but there are always 3 or 4 people on staff and at least 2 are standing behind the counter staring at walls.

The people who do the made-to-order food are really kind. However, I've had consistent negative experiences with a female cashier who kept yelling at me that they were "cash only" after their systems went down. I have now had 3 experiences of this with this one cashier and it has led to me avoiding this location like the plague.

This is the second of 2 separate occasions where the same woman behind the check out counter has been extremely rude to me and my wife. On both occasions the store was cash only (which is fine, things happen). But we were informed of the cash only status by the cashier rudely yelling at us that the store cash only. I would then put my items back and be met with the worst, rudest angry stare I have ever seen. This individual does not know how to treat customers and should not be allowed to work with people until she gets training on how to treat customers like human beings.

This country fair is ten cents off each gallon of gas as apposed to other locations where it's only 5 cents off each gallon but both are if you purchase a gas card only. They don't give you the money off if you choose to pay at pump or go in and pay the cashier. You have to tell them you want a gas card and then you take it out to the pump and put it in the machine just like you would a debit or credit card. (That's just an FYI for those who DID NOT know about it).
