I was greeted by a friendly older gentleman on the phone when I called to inquire about dropping my car off for auto body repairs. He invited me there that day to drop it off. I met with him later and was able to get my car in same day! My estimated repair time was 5 days and my car was done right on time. There was a mixup with my insurance check and he personally called and got the situation cleared up so that I could pick my car up when it was ready. My car looks brand new again and i would definitely go back for future work!
