“My 7 year old laptop was running slower than a snail on its slowest day. Would not update and froze all the time. I had him wipe the computer clean and start over. I also had him add 4 gbs of ram because I now use the laptop for djing. The laptop runs better than the day I bought it. Handles a million karaoke and music files with ease. He updated the operating system and added the 4gb ram for $150. Dropped it off at 10 am and picked it up by the end of the business the following day. Over half the cost of a new one. Highly recommend!!!”
