The best hotel experience I’ve ever had honestly. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were so comfy. The staff is absolutely amazing the front desk lady’s are very nice and understanding.
The breakfast was also very very good. They had sausage.eggs, oatmeal, cereal, and you can even make your own waffles. They always had enough hot food for everyone and there was a guy always taking trash from tables. He was a very hard worker. The indoor pool had a sky roof and it went to around 5 inches deep.
For me personally splash lagoon as a 21 year old was not all that fun. But I could see families and younger children between 4-16 having a blast. I was sad to leave everyone was so nice and the bed was so comfy. Will come back again

Sharing a truly upsetting experience to help others that may come across this issue.
I was traveling across the country with my cat and specifically booked this Comfort Inn for its pet friendliness in the listing on Google and the choice hotels website. After driving 13 hours from Missouri that day we were exhausted. My cat does really well in the car but it was a long day! I asked to pay the pet fee and the front desk receptionist was horribly rude. She was unkind and treated me like I was less than her. It was after 9 p.m. and I was clearly distressed by this information.
She was, notably, extremely kind to the straight couple that was before me in line—I present as and am queer, but I can’t say for sure that that was part of it. She told me my only option was to go an exit down to the red roof inn. In fact, it wasn’t my only option—the Sleep Inn across the street was lovely, pet friendly, and had complimentary snacks and water.
I had a completely different and exceptional experience the night before at comfort inn in Missouri, so this was exceptionally disappointing. I hope the front desk receptionist learns kindness towards her fellow humans.

The staff was very friendly. However, the rooms are in a desire need of upgrade. We had mold on the bathtub and also the walls in the bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay here. Nothing about this place is luxury, but for the price we had a clean room, really comfortable beds, a friendly staff and a pretty nice breakfast spread! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Erie or Splash Lagoon!
Rooms: Beds and pillows were super comfortable
Tub was very slippery. Use caution
Nearby activities: Quaker steak and lube
Splash lagoon
Walkability: Walking distance to Quaker steak and lube

Wowwwza!!! This hotel is bonkers!! Absolute chaos is an understatement. But, if there is desire to get to the water park adjoined to the choice hotel, and then you have hit the right location.
The staff are absolutely lovely and the hotel for its age is well-maintained. Yes it needs an upgrade; but in hindsight I must say the wonderful staff that are doing a great job keeping this aged hotel in perfect order.
If you have a normal size vehicle you have no problem parking. Do not bother coming here in a truck unless you're bobtailing, even still then it would be almost impossible to park.
There are plenty restaurants in walking
distance.

Easy on off location. Our room faces the highway but was not noisy. Caught beautiful views of Lake Erie sunset and sunrise.
Double queen room was clean and comfortable.
Overall hotel needs some updating. In common areas carpeting, wallpaper etc.
Nice pool area, no hot tub. Hotel connects to water park next door.
Continental breakfast was ok.

Came here after prepaying for my entire stay using points and a little leftover balance paid by card. I get here they are asking for almost full booking price again and nobody can tell me why. The snobby woman at the front counter needs to be fired, she wouldn't even look at my receipt for my paid booking. 10/10 if you have to come stay up here DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT stay at this hotel. Nasty attitude front counter was all too happy to tell me the manager wasn't there. Terrible start to a weekend getaway with my s/o

We (family of 4) booked with the Splash Lagoon Peace Bridge special for Fri to Sun in a King whirlpool suite. Room was clean and comfortable beds, lots of space. Bathroom was clean and spacious. The walkway to Splash Lagoon took only a few minutes and we could cut across the parking lot since it was warm enough. Staff was friendly and helpful when we needed a last minute bottle opener for a Fanta bottle! Pool looked lovely though we stuck to splash Lagoon for swimming. Lots of room to hang wet stuff and towels in the room with a full closet and hanging line.
Breakfast was plentiful with muffins, banana, apples, sausage egg toast cereal waffle bar and coffee tea juice station and a nice lemon water station to fill our bottles for the day.
Room has a clean mini Fridge, wifi and lots of TV channels. Saved a few bucks to book here as opposed to holiday inn to walk a few extra steps to splash and its totally worth it for us.
Quaker steak and lube, Bob Evans within steps of hotel and quick drive to sonic, walmart, target and millcreek mall for shopping. Great little hotel!

Amazing staff!! Especially two people Carrie at the front desk amazing kind person!! And the GM Daniel Taylor!! That man!! There's a reason he is the GM! But please corporate.. Recognize this man!! He went above and beyond for me and my kids! I locked my keys in my car.. On a Sunday... On Mother's Day.. He must of made multiple calls to get someone to help me! I was alone with 3 kids, out of town, frantic.. it was also checkout time and people were everywhere.. He found a man who can help me get my car unlocked!! He's a lifesaver and his humanity to keep me calm and reassuring me it's ok. I was a complete stranger to him. This man who could of just blew me off.. Made sure I was safe calm. A true genuine man right there! The GM Daniel Taylor at Comfort Inn Suites Peach Street Erie PA
Rooms: Are spacious and love the adjoining room so the kids have their own space to be kids. While us adults can unwind.
Nearby activities: Everything is nearby! Splash Lagoon, Quaker Steak, right off busy filled street with tons of restaurants, even a Goodwill lol
Safety: I've been going to this particular hotel for over 15yrs every year, sometimes twice a year.. Knock on wood.. I've never had anything uncomfortable uneasy ever happen. Even going to my car day or night. Staff is always around.
Walkability: This hotel is strategically placed! I mean everything is within walking distance. Bob Evans is right there and Quaker Steak, also just across the street is a gas station and convenient store.
Food & drinks: Hotel food is amazing!
Noteworthy details: The GM Daniel Taylor! Please recognize this man! Please! He was an absolute Godsend to me! And being a complete stranger to him.. Words can't describe

This is next to a water park so there are A LOT of noisy people running up and down the halls. We had trouble with people above us stomping back and forth. I had to call the desk twice and I appreciate that they were able to get them to stop (it escalated after our first call). It is a good and clean hotel but too noisy. Great for families but not cranky old couples like us, who go to bed early and are used to quiet.

If you have other options don't choose this one. The lady at the check in desk is rude and unwelcoming, you will be questioned like you're being interrogated especially if you don't look like you're from the area.
