Cara, the store manager, has always been professional and helpful when I come in to purchase accessories and earrings for my step daughter & nieces. Also, the store is always so clean and well organized, I can’t stand going into any other Claire’s because I never feel like it’s as organized as the store in Erie.

Because of Cara, my kids had the best experience at Claire's getting their ears pierced. We have gone back and received top notch service multiple times and can't recommend it enough for all things little girls!
