Showed up for a quick deposit. They were closing as soon as we got there at 4:30 Many employees were walking out then - one named Hanna, helped us by answering our questions and directing us too the atm. Thank you Citizens Bank and Hanna for dealing with my late business, and helping me, off the clock.

Getting hacked by a spammer is not a way to start a day, but when it happened Citizens fraud alerts to my phone and the work of the West 38th Street branch help stop what could have been a disaster. The bank fraud hotline was on my phone while I was getting hacked and told me what to do to stop anything further being compromised. They helped when I went to my branch on West 38th and the whole team got involved and shut it down. I have to single out Hannah, of the West 38th Street Branch, who worked so fast and cancelled my accounts and opened new ones for me on the spot. Hannah, then made sure to inform me of the notifications I would have to make to Social Security and my retirement plans to keep the deposits coming in on time, she even got me the phone numbers.. Her professionalism and calm demeanor made what was a stressful situation bearable. Thanks to her advise and guidance I not only had my accounts secured in a hurry, but she also replaced my debt card on the spot. I can only praise the professionalism of Citizens bank and of Hannah for all that they did.
