It was freezing cold in theaters. Asked if the cold turn off the AC and turn on the heat. Not one person knew how. I even had a kid tell me it was AI and could not touch it. It was so cold people had on winter caots ,hats,gloves. This is the second time this has happened.
Wont go back till summer.

regulars here for years. We decided to go out with the kids tonight but a bit different for a change (kids are 19, 15, and 13). The kids wanted to see sonic, my wife and I were going to see flight risk... both 7:30 shows. My wife paid for 3 tickets and said she and I were going to see a different show (while I was parking the car). When she immediately switched to pay for our tickets she was told that the kids were not allowed see the movie without us due to the curfew policy. Frustration got the better of us and I ended up getting a ticket for myself and took her home (zero interest in seeing sonic for both of us). Upon my return I discussed the matter with the assistant manager who did the original transaction. She said she didn't hear her say that we were going to see different movie, said that the microphones were horrible, and assumed she was going to pay for our tickets for the same movie on a different transaction. A frustrating situation all around and an unapologetic "sorry the microphones are horrible and it's just our policy" response from management.

Terrible experience. The SECOND time I've had to complain due to someone using their phone and talking way too loud during the movie. First time I had to complain about not only a threat but a physical act of violence and the security guard there was more interested in his ego than actually doing his job and reporting any of this. No wonder everyone is switching to streaming at least you won't be harassed there. Will not be going back. P.s. thanks for giving the people who CAUSED the issue a full refund and free tickets so they can return and cause more problems. Avoid at all costs.

People talk and are on their phones way too often in this theater. Couldn't even get a refund after a couple that threatened those of us that asked them to be quiet. Been coming here since I was a kid and I am absolutely done. DON'T GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY.

I chose a bad movie but this venue was great. Confortable seating. Warm (currently mid-winter) and friendly staff.

Oh my gosh my family and I love coming here! The theaters are big sound great the screens are beautiful and always clean, and they have a rewards system where you pay a bit and you can get free tickets, and discounts on the concession stand, which definitely adds up if you're someone who enjoys going to the movies. The people working there are cool, and there are options to get your ticket cheaper if you come earlier in the day, or I believe on Tuesdays they're on sale, which I love cuz they make it accessible for anyone to go to the movies!

You guys don’t even opened tickets for Daku maharaj… do you guys even encourage Tollywood movies, you guys are earnings income from Tollywood movies tooo.. please do release the shows with good sound… sometimes I’m sure that my room sound system has the best sound than your theatre sound… please update your theatre.

I went to this theater to watch Indian movie. I loved my experience here at this movie theater. Staff is nice, place is clean and the bathrooms were also clean. The movie tickets were cheaper in compare to Regal, Atlas and other Cinemark. I highly recommend this place!
