The sales department is horrible. They haven't been able to tell me how much is owed on a vehicle for nearly 2 months and when I say something about it they threaten to repo the vehicle. Stay away from this place.

Me and a friend of mine had a tire blow out, we managed to get the car to Country Fair right next to Car Factory. So we walked next door to ask if they might have a cheap used tire. The gentelmans name is Lee, he went out of his way to help, went above and beyond! He walked over looked at our car, went back over and comes out with a NEW tire!Asked him how much? On the house and even tried to put it on rim for us! He was a very nice guy I will be going in for a vehicle soon! I strongly recommend giving them a chance I believe you won't be disappointed.. Good to see there's still good people out there

Came over to check out a vehicle on the lot. Salesmen didn't bother to greet me. Didn't even get up from his chair in his office. When I approached him it felt like I was bothering him. I asked to take a look at a vehicle. Before even getting up he had me all sized up and says "that is a very expensive truck" I didn't ask him the price yet, nor was I dressed in a manner that would lead anyone to believe I was able to or not able to make a purchase. After getting up out of his seat I spent another few minutes waiting by the vehicle for him to unlock it. He finally does and allows me to look at it... he repeats again that the truck is very expensive... The truck was in nice shape, but had been heavily smoked in, and had very high miles on it (170,000+). He then hits me at a price that is 6,000 dollars over blue book value for it (under 100,000). I called today to get some more info on it, just to be sure I was correct about the value. The mechanic answers the phone indicated to me he does not know what it is. And he proceeds to get the salesman again. I speak briefly with him but before I can finish I can hear the phone ring, he sets the phone down, and walks away without saying a word to me. I was a motivated buyer. I wanted this vehicle. I will find this vehicle somewhere else because this service was very unprofessional and is indicative of what service after the sale would be like.

Stopped in to look at a vehicle. Sales person would not even stand up to greet or assist customer. Requested keys to look at vehicle and sales person would not give to customers. Left with a VERY bitter taste in our mouth. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL AND VERY RUDE!! Fought with customer about our trade and that it was front wheel drive? It is a 99 cougar and YES! they are front wheel drive not rear whell as sales person was trying to tell me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LOT!!! BEWARE!!
