I called to get additional information only to find out that this center is only available to Penn State Behrend employees which is not explicitly called out on their website.

Great place to send the kiddos. Penn state did have a bad reputation in the past but I reassure you that since reopening last year, they have changed management and faculty along with having cameras in all classrooms. I would highly recommend this facility!
