I had a fantastic experience at this store. Cindy was extremely helpful with finding the right styles and assisting me. I did not feel rushed and it was a very comfortable/safe space. HIGHLY recommend for all women!

This was a horrible experience. My mother and grandmother have been waiting to come here to get fitted for bras for my wedding. We arrived a few minutes late for our appointment(there was traffic. It’s Erie) there was only one person here when we showed up. The workers (Carol) were pushy and extremely rude. They were annoyed they were only going to buy one bra each but wouldn’t even let them look around because there were “more people we had to wait on” people that were walk ins. I’m very disappointed with this experience we were looking forward to this.

I first went here about six years ago after my single-sided mastectomy because I really had no idea what I needed and what I was looking for. The ladies helped me so much with a breast form, bras and even a bathing suit that the form would fit it in well. Fast forward to a couple days ago when I noticed that a hole had formed and silicone was seeping out of the prosthetic form I have had for the last 6 years. Let me say the fact that it lasted 6 years says something for the product. Anyway, my husband and I moved to Florida a couple of years ago and unfortunately there is no place quite like this down here or at least not that I have found. Knowing I needed to order a new breast form I called up to Erie and the woman I spoke with, looked me up in the system, found what I had got before and told me exactly what I needed to order. The fact that I haven’t been a customer for so long and that they’re still willing to help says so much for the company. I would highly recommend that anybody who has went through a mastectomy or just needs a great product whether it be a breast form, bathing suits, bras, etc. stop in to this great shop!

This business should be the first place you go when searching for a bra. The staff are very knowledgeable and patient. I took my daughter to find a bra after searching other locations for years. Our consultant was so patient. We will definitely be returning customers. My daughter is very grateful!

I did not have a good experience. they could not seem to be able to fit me for a bra & made me feel abnormal. The sales lady was even rude about it. it's not my fault they have a limited selection of sizes. my daughter also had a bad experience. I would never refer someone there. I don't mind paying money for a food bra but could not find one to fit properly.

Went in to look for a silicone sticky bra the day before my wedding! The product was perfect for my wedding dress. I'm so thankful they recommended it to me! I had gone a few months earlier also to look for more comfortable bras for nursing. They helped with measuring and made sure I had the right fit. Wonderful store!

The service is excellent. Welcoming, kind. The place is a great location. So if you have to wait for a fitting, check out the pretty rock shop next store and get salt therapy, or go to Talbot's for a few mins. The shop owners at Braserie Dearie know how to make you feel comfortable and walk out feeling like a princess.

Worst bra experience ever. Made an appointment and waited 25 minutes to even be acknowledged. Three dressing rooms, two in use. When it was my "turn" the owner acted like she didn't want to be bothered, and really didn't ask me what I was looking for. She kept handing me bras that were no less than $75.00 each. I was prepared to pay a good chunk of change because bras are expensive in the first place and secondly it was a specialty store. The other two ladies in the other dressing rooms walked out for less than $50.00 for their purchases. I got the message. I will tell everyone I know how I was treated.

Extremely happy with my experience. Carrie was so pleasant and helpful and found me the perfect bra! I've tried buying on-line, but in person is the way to go! I will definitely go back!

I went in for the first time today and had a great experience everyone was super helpful and so nice! I had Carol size me and she helped pick out the perfect bras for me! I definitely will be coming again!
