Employees need to be trained better. Not able to answer questions about aspects of the work boots. They still tried to help but were untrained on the specs.

They were very helpful with finding everything, knowledgeable of their products and how to treat my leather boots. When I went back do to a boot problem they worked with me and we found out that my foot was actually swollen. I have severe arthritis

First time in this store & wow! Made me want to turn on Yellowstone. Some beautiful jackets, shirt sweaters for men & woman. So many boots to choose from. Children's items. So a little of everything with a western twist. Also a big plus, The ladies that were working, were so nice!! They didn't make you feel like you were inconvenience, asking for help. Found a beautiful mans reversable jacket & nice shirt. I definitely will be back :-)

Awesome store. I walked in needed help finding specific boots. A man met me at the door asking if needed help. He was very friendly and helpful. He knew were the boots I needed were and somehow guessed my correct size as well.
