Bonnells did a wonderful job but the repairs took longer than expected. The customer service during this extra time period was very good with the exception of a communication hiccup that was resolved in a speedy and satisfactory manner.

My first time bringing my car to Bonnells and if need be I will definitely be back. Everyone is friendly and efficient and they keep me updated every step of the way. When it was time to pick my car up the person that did the work on my car came out to talk to me very professional. You don't get this kind of service anywhere else. I would give more stars if I could. My car looks brand new because of Bonnells.
