Very dissatisfied. I needed to know everything that my car needed to become legal for inspection. I needed all the right info to make an informed decision. I was clear about these expectations and needs. I was given a "free estimate" on what needed done, body work needed was outsourced to another shop unrelated to this one. After getting the repairs recommended and spending thousands, I was shocked to be told my car still wasn't legal! I'm sure it wasn't done maliciously but I'm also sure it wasted my time and money and my car still isn't legal. Had I been given all the info I asked for to begin with I might not feel so put out. And to not even receive an apology, but a shamey reply of, "we gotta consider safety." I'm not denying that at all, but your "professional advice" was nonetheless wrong and cost me money I couldn't waste. Women beware! It's 2023 and we still can't get our cars serviced honestly. Free estimates are only valuable if the professional takes it seriously and gives accurate information.Despicable and unprofessional. 0 stars.

Great service! My daughter goes to school in Erie and needed some car repairs. Not knowing where to send her I did some research online and found Bomar had some good reviews. The good reviews were spot on. Mark kept in touch with me and I was really happy with the service. I highly recommend Bomar.

Company have no ideas how much the part cost. They said they been in business for a long long time!And I was charge high for an oil change. I am still waiting for them to call me for a price on the parts!Will not go back there again!

I had a great experience and excellent service at Bomar Auto Repair. They were able to get my car in last-minute when my car broke down, and they took a look at my car that same day. The owner was prompt in getting back to me with a quote on the cost to repair my vehicle, and the prices they charged were very fair. I would recommend anyone to go to Bomar's for their car service needs.

The location and previous reviews had me give this place a go - We were not disappointed! The friendly owner and staff were very pleasant and took the time to ensure my future Daughter in law was able to make it there (alternator/battery issues) and they said if need be they would come to assist if the car didn't make it. The customer service alone will make them our repair shop - quality work and reasonable pricing are a plus. Pleasant find in a very friendly community - you are lucky if you live nearby!

Honest..and very through..they explain all the problems and show you the problems and guarantee their work..plus took the time to explain everything to me in detail on what was wrong..I highly recommend them to anyone.
