I love coming into Best Nails. Im always greeted by Kenny and Tina and they do a fabulous job with my nails. I've tried other salons around the area but i always end up coming back to Best Nails!

Every time I go in there I am greeted by name. They are very friendly. Yes there are only 2 people working but the business runs very smoothly. I am always very happy with the outcome of my nails

This is the best place to go. They are very person oriented on the customer. My mom has diabetes so her touch is sensitive and both Ken and Tina are sensitive to making her experience wonderful. This was my first time here. I didn't have to wait too long, I had an appointment. The gentleman asked me if I was happy with everything during the whole process. He did a nice job and the price was not bad.

I was a walk in this afternoon for a pedicure. I was seated in a chair fairly quickly, and people kept pouring in, some with appointments. My service was very rushed, the technician was abrupt and not at all friendly. They advertise it as a spa pedi, but it was not much more than a nail trim and polish change. I did not even get a base coat before my color. If you don't have time to properly provide my service, just say so. This definitely was not worth $33.Service: Pedicures

Only two people working so we spent more time soaking our feet then getting the nails done. Kinda bossy and rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there. I got my toes and fingers done to match and they turned out awful. The gel is all clumpy and a lot of bubbles. The color isn’t even spread evenly. They also did an awful job filing. There are a lot of sharp edges.

Sat there for 45 minutes with my feet getting wrinkly in the water before I had to say I had to leave to go to an appointment. I was never told there was a wait or I wouldn't have wasted my time. Not friendly at all.

This was my 1st time getting my nails done and it was a very professionally done and reasonable prices and excellent quality. My nails have never looked so amazing.

Was a walk in to get my toes painted. Was asked to come back at 1230 and when I did it was another 45 min wait. Horrible service.

Love this family owned business! They work together so well! Their prices are so reasonable that is why there is a wait - great service + great price \u003d long wait at times . On Mondays - Thursdays call and make appointment ahead and no wait.

Friendly staff, but only have 2 employees so the wait is usually extremely long. By the second or third day the polish is already coming off!! Other salons I will get a good 7 to 10 days out of it.

I got acrylics 3 days ago and my thumb nail already chipped!! The paint is coming off too I want a refund!!! I hate them!!!
