Great friendly staff, sometimes hard to find people when you're going in between shelves, but it's a big store. Clean!

This is my absolute favorite place to go!! The atmosphere is so cool and calm. This particular store is absolutely pristine. Its so clean and comfortable. I can grab a book set myself down in there every posh and comfy chairs and not have a care in the world!!
