Staff here is pretty cool and helpful. They made sure I got the right gear oil, although I was low on funds because my refund to the store didn't immediately go back on my debit card, but I'll be there later today to get some stp gear oil.
The staff gets it a 4 the company autozone, though I think you guys should step it up a bit. I prefer the Advanced Auto Parts reward program. If I have to choose between stores, I usually go with whoever has my exact part I need, and then I go by deals and rewards.
That's if I absolutely have to! I will always check P&M parts or any other local mom and pops independently owned parts store. They usually have much much better prices and better product.

The Erie PA Peach St location is great due to the experienced staff. Sometimes a repair is more complex than swapping a part, and these guys/gals are full of experience backed ideas.

6/5 stars!! Jason went above and beyond!! My jeep randomly wouldn’t start and I was stranded in the UPS parking lot with my baby. After a new key fab battery failed he came down and tested the jeep battery and gave the car a jump so we could get to the store for a replacement! So kind and helpful! Definitely recommend AutoZone!

This is probably the best location in Erie. Anytime I come in here to buy parts or if my "check engine" light comes on, the people who work here are always very helpful. I recently bought a ball joint and control arm from here, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was leaving with the exact right item for my vehicle. Excellent service. I'll continue to shop here.
