They had rotors and brake pads sale. Treated me well and gave me price options with explanation. Even told me about the warranties. Very pleased. I wouldn't even use the bathroom at the "O" store.

i just moved to erie and needed a headlamp replacement pretty quickly but all the shops i called were booked. a friend told me to come here and they'd help... they sure did! i bought the headlamp and scott installed it for me and I'm on my way! amazing... thanks Scott!

I could not be happier and overwhelmed by the great help given to me by both Tony and Dominic at the Auto zone on the corner of peach and 38th St. in Erie
I was driving alone during the blizzard that occurred last night and literally my car died right in the parking lot. The gentleman who were working, bundled up and readily came outside to look over every inch of my engine under the hood. One of them is a mechanic, but they both agreed that it was the alternator.
They set to making sure they had that part immediately, and they even gave me several numbers to call of people they would recommend.. ( Very understandably, one of them, a mechanic in a specialty car dealership, was totally booked for the next two weeks for his employer)
Further, they tried different people they knew and trusted who did auto repair for me to try to find help for me after I left.
They let me leave the car there in their parking lot for the evening, knowing it would need to be towed the next day to make it easier on the towing company
Time was of the essence as I had a job to do in the evening for Valentine’s Day musically, and they worked over and above to help me
Thank you so much, Tony and Dominic. Wish I lived back in Erie, I would always only come to the auto zone

They really helped me when I panicked about my battery
David Star is the sweetest kindest employee ever there he changed my wiper blades in a freezing blowing storm
The person that changed my battery was very kind also

This is my go to Auto zone they always get me right here JOHNNY H at store 1825 is amazing, friendly and provided outstanding service! I was greeted right at the door it was very welcoming.

Tony N was super helpful! My windshield wiper broke earlier in the day, of course in the middle of winter! He helped me choose the right blades for my car. On the coldest day of the year, Tony replaced all my wiper blades AND windshield washer fluid. He did this all with a smile and a great attitude. Great customer service!

Vince P and David W are some of the best autozone workers I’ve seen in a while. I usually come in to some drunk dude stumbling around in the back. I don’t know his name, but he has glasses. That’s besides the point. these 2 guys are awesome. I’ve been needing my battery swapped, and I’ve been hearing a rattling noise on my car and they’ve solved both problems quickly and professionally. Give them both a raise!!

Adam, one of the store managers, helped me install a front headlight that was burnt out. I asked him for help, and he gladly said yes, went out to my car with me, took out my burnt bulb, and installed the bulb I had purchased from him. He was so kind, polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with! Moving forward I will always go to this store (Auto Zone, on lower Peach Street). I let him know how thankful I am for him - he saved my day, my month, my year! It’s nice to know there are employees like Adam in this world!
