Went to AutoZone to purchase a new battery for my 2016 Hyundai Elantra SE. The current battery in my vehicle, which was not purchased & installed at AutoZone, was the wrong one for my vehicle therefore causing a loose terminal. Levi quickly identified the problem and was incredibly helpful to determine which battery was compatible. From the moment we walked in the door, installation & check out it was a very good experience.

Amazing customer service! They put in my new headlight bulbs after I purchased them.
I would advise calling them to ask specifically if they will install the specific item you are purchasing ( they do not install tailgate lift assist/ struts for example).

Might have what you need but probably not. They try to be helpful but will also talk to you like you've never changed oil when you work on cars for a living

I witnessed staff getting irritated, and letting out audible *sigh* when a special needs customer needed help. The guy is LUCKY that I have more patience for jerks like him, than he has for people with disabilities. I will be recording my visits from here on out, and will definitely take to social media when this happens again.Also... this is NOT the first time this has happened at this location.Next time, I will not have the patience that I had today.
