“I had a great experience with this company. They came out when they said they were going to come. Called as I said they were going to before they arrived. The technician found and fixed the issue. They did not try to charge me extra. He did not tell me the dryer was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. Instead, he made sure everything worked properly, put my dryer back together. He made sure to let me see what the issue was as he was about to repair it.
He made sure it worked properly before he left. Unlike a very well-known appliance store that shall remain unnamed. Who told me, it would cost me a $150 just to come to my door to look at the appliance. And if I had not purchased it from them, they would not service it, but it would still cost me $150.
