Brought my jeep in for an inspection and I knew my tire tread was low on two of them, but the other two were fine... they tell me I need all 4 replaced. I take the tire back for a warranty since they are 10k miles old, and the warranty can't be honored because THERE IS STILL 5/32 OF TREAD. For reference, 2/32 is the cutoff for pass/fail. So basically, Apex tried to scam me on that. They also recommended I get an oil undercoating, which I agreed and I paid them to do it. When I took my car to a different garage for an inspection a week later, they also said I need an oil undercoating. I told them I just got one a week ago and they told me "looks like you got scammed". They also only accept cash, and their services are like 10 bucks for that 50 bucks for this... super shady place and basically the worst service I have ever dealt with from a garage. If anyone from Apex reads this get yourselves together.

The guy doesn’t know how to drive a car let alone fix a car, recommend going anywhere else other than here. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Guy is a psychopath and really dirty and grimy.
