Call to make an appointment for my raccoon. My raccoon that I purchased from a USDA licensed breeder. (The game commission gave me a list of breeders) whomever the vet was there at the time yelled at me and told me raccoons were in no way legal to own as pets in Pennsylvania, then hung up on me. What an uninformed rude man. Thank you, I found an experienced vet that takes lovely care of her.

My dog HATES getting his nails trimmed. He failed at the groomer so I talked to the staff at Animal Kingdom and they assured me they could trim his nails. My vet gave me some medication to put him at ease before his appointment. It took the vet tech no time at all to trim his nails and she said he did great throughout the process! I am so thankful for these amazing vet techs and vets who work at this office. FIVE STARS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Really appreciate the staff here always being kind and respectful. They are able to schedule quickly and I never have to wait very long to get into an appointment. I can tell that they genuinely care about every pet that comes in, they take every concern seriously and are very informative!

Animal kingdom gave me great service while my pet was a patient there. They were always super knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Simon in particular is amazing at what she does and I would highly recommend her. Overall great place :)

I am so upset with this place because I have been bringing my pets here since I received my first one anyway the last time I attempted to bring my most recent dog in because he was literally on the verge of death and they denied even setting up an appointment for him saying he's aggressive but NEVER have we been told he was especially when they had ALL control of Oliver during his last 3 visits that were during the pandemic when we WEREN'T ALLOWED to come in the building so we've been questioning why they'd allow one of their own regular animals to die because of their lack of communication, abuse to my animal, and/or lack of humanity. My Oliver had 17 bladder stones and his bladder ruptured from not seeing a vet soon enough, and had to endure months of healing for thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars of money we didn't have.... We're so lucky that we were able to get a $5000 loan to save his life... It was a sad and scary moment in life but thankfully for Choice vets for saving his precious life.

Thank you to all the Veterinarians and Staff for all the loving, compassionate care they gave our dog Mindy over the years. Whenever an emergency flared up, they were able to see her without delay. We always knew she was in good hands with all the professional and knowledgeable Doctors and Staff. She had trouble seeing but could always feel the care and love.
