Banks are supposed to be a safe place for your money. The staff is supposed to make you feel at ease when you put their money in their hands. Linda was the most pleasant woman there. So helpful, kind, and genuinely a nice human being. As for the rest of them, they could care less what happens to you or your money. They handled a fraudulent transaction very unprofessionally and made my boyfriend feel as if it was his fault for his money getting stolen. Even though he had put a travel voucher in and the incident happened two days after he told the bank he would be back. He will be getting a new bank. Worst customer service (besides Linda).

Dont waste your time this bank is closed saturdays and staff used to be friendly now they dont care plus they never ask you how you want your bills they just try to hand you whatevers easiest for them and if they have to do the smallest amount of work you get a dirty look what a joke this is a failing establishment take your business elsewhere
