I am so happy with the service I received everyone was lovely. My associate Najha was so helpful, she picked out the perfect frames for me and wasn’t pushy about helping me get what I needed. No pressure. Awesome experience!!!!

After being ignored for 10 minutes while 3 employees helped one patient, someone finally asked why I was there and met me with ignorance and incompetence. Fifteen (15) more minutes passed my name was called only to be stopped and informed that my insurance was invalid and that I would have to pay out of pocket or leave. Before leaving my insurance was checked again and verified as active, afterward i was once again asked to wait.this was the worst experience I have had as a client and will never set foot in their facilities. I gave one star but one full star is still too much.I DO NOT recommend America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses to anyone. No one should have to experience such poor customer service. My time there truly sucked.

Eyeglass world canceled on me last min so I tried this place out. Got a same day appointment. Employees were kind and professional. Site was clean and comfortable. Selection was good. Prices were great. Will definitely be back. I will use this place for my whole family.

Christine did an absolutely amazing job helping me get my glasses ordered. She was able to answer all the questions I had and had a positive attitude! She let me take as long as I needed to look at all the pairs of glasses and pick the perfect ones for me. Prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!

Everyone at America's best was very nice and knowledgeable. Christine is one of friendliest and helpful opticians I've encountered. Would recommend this place to everyone.

First of all the receptionist was very rude, very unprofessional. I was tempted to walk out the door before my appointment started. After my exam when looking for prices of glasses, I was told the grand total for two pair of glasses was going to be over $400. All of your commercials specify two for $79 does not say anything about plus lenses plus extra charges for this and that, when I asked how much for just one pair I was told like $250 just to say I left with no classes and I wasted an hour trip to get to the nearest Americas best do not be a bit surprised with me, saying, I will tell everyone not to go to America’s best with that all being said, I feel like I should have walked out before my appointment because apparently receptionist was a clear sign of the way my appointment was going to go

My husband and I are here visiting from out of state and his glasses broke. I wasn't sure I would be able to find anyone short notice on a Saturday to help us. This America's Best location went above and beyond for us. They were quick and professional. Thank you America's Best and a special thanks to Perry! He was very helpful!

My optician was Christine and she was very thorough and helpful! Super thankful for the advice on getting a new pair of sunglasses due to a prescription change and everything from there! I've tried other eye doctors before and have always come back to America's Best!

My mother and I went in last week for an exam and glasses. Well needless to say we had a blast .. Christine helped us with all 6 prs that we purchased. I am a pain in the butt with my glasses and she handled it like a champ. Christine did an AMAZING job of helping me through some issues with my insurance, and getting me a great deal on glasses! She was very thorough in making sure what I chose was the right fit for me. You can tell how much she cares about the quality of her work and how knowledgeable she is. The store itself had a great selection of reasonably priced glasses. Thank you again, Christine!

My personal experience was not recommendable. I understand that I could have done more research and asked more questions but they knew what I was coming in for, the free exam and 2 pairs of glasses for $79.95. AFTER my eye exam, I had picked out glasses and when the total exceeded what I expected and I said I no longer wanted to proceed, they said I would need to pay for the exam. After a careful decision, I decided to get the more expensive glasses. After waiting weeks for a call or email that my glasses were ready, I finally called them. The reception was extremely rude both on the phone and in person once I got there because they did have them in. She asked my name and when I didn't say my last name immediately, she gave me attitude, sighed, and hand motioned for me to continue. I did speak to a manager but unfortunately she was not able to give me any type of resolution. Either I pay in full or I get refunded the glasses but still pay the eye exam. I was in desperate need of glasses so I bit the bullet. Besides the false advertisement from the corporate end, the doctors were very kind, hense the 2 stars. Very displeased and would not recommend. Go to Visionworks or Walmart instead.

Very dissatisfied with my experience here other than with the doctor. When my contacts were ordered, the woman processed them under a different persons name under my vision insurance! Been here over an hour and a half waiting for the manager to “fix” this with NO interaction between he and I until I approached him asking how this was being resolved! Had the girl not thanked a different name than mine, I may have walked out of here and never received my contacts! This place is very poorly run. I understand mistakes are made, but keep the customer informed rather than standing and pacing waiting for an employee to tell me what was happening!
