Been a horrible experience so far. Paid this company over $2k more than a month ago to come install glass and a mag lock. Was told it would be done the following week. They never contacted me so each week that I call them to find out when the work will be done they keep pushing it off another week. It's a different excuse each week and every time you talk with someone they act like you're a burden. If you expect professionalism, timely service, and communication then this company is not your answer.

We ordered a glass wall and full glass door for our office. We were told there was a discount if we paid in full. We placed the order in November 2021 and 2 years later after hundreds of calls we have no door and 2 of 3 glass panels. They have made up every excuse including slow supplier, COVID, breaking glass in shipping, office personnel visiting someone in jail.... and so on. Poor service, extremely poor communication, the worst lead times and follow through. Stay clear of this business at all costs.

What happened to this place? I ordered a simple theropane ln June. Told it would be done in 2 weeks, I finally got it Dec 15. I called many times and told it was on the next shipment, it came in broken,on and on. Being a landlord I have used them many times over the years and they were always good but this last experience was a nightmare.

This "business" will take your money after committing to a job and never return to perform the work. Multiple customers have reported this. When you do call them out on it they make threats and turn you into the bad guy. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Horrible. Took them 2 months to get a small kitchen window to get fixed. Absolutely rude and unprofessional employees as well. If I could I would give them -5 stars. PEOPLE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME W THESE GUYS!!

They did Fluid Film undercoating on our cars. Fast, great job, excellent customer service. My Jeep Wrangler is my baby, they were extra careful not to coat the shocks and parts.

Absolutely horrible people to work with. Lies about what's wrong with your vehicle. Cannot count on service to be completed correctly. Damage done to multiple vehicles - claimed it was already broken. Will take your money as a "parts deposit" then not give you the parts or refund your money. An absolute scam artist.

We had a pane on one of our French doors break and ABC Glass was incredible in helping us fix it! They were great to work with and so helpful. I would recommend again and again!

Ordered replacement glass for my store front 8 months ago. Paid 680.00 upfront still no glass. Plenty of stories from them of why I have no glass. Do not recommend. Getting a lawyer...

My nana had some glass to cut and they cut it wrong and it is not what we asked for we had to wait several weeks to get it and we picked it up and they cut it wrong and they would not take responsibility for there wrong cut

Overpriced. Shop around. I should have. I did after the fact. That's how bad it was. The owner was rude. The lady that took care of me was very nice, friendly and very helpful. Fran I believe her name was. Sorry Fran I won't be back. Not after your boss almost accused me and you of cheating him out of $5.30. He wanted to catch you not charging me for a cut.

ABC Glass was contacted in Jan. 2022 to replace a Store Front Tempered Glass Window that was damaged…so they took measurements. In March the insurance company sent me a check for the damage and I paid for the window replacement in FULL. Each time my son called in regard to the window he got the excuse that the supplier was slow..So I called today Oct. 21st to inquire about the glass and talked to Christie? and she was going to call ABC’s new glass supplier to find out when they could install. I explained to Christie that if this situation wasn’t resolved today that we would file a Civil Suit with the District Justice immediately. I told her I was familiar with this course of action because of my business dealings in the past…I will follow up Monday and continue to put the pressure on. My recommendation is to stay clear of this business.
