I have never been in this place a single time where I wasnt greeted with a smiling face and a "how are you? Are you looking for something in particular?" In July I was looking for help color matching for braids I wanted to do for a concert and they helped color match my shirt I was going to wear and then took the time to ask me if I was really sure I knew how to do it, and offered videos to help me. Who takes the time to do that any more? These guys. Their prices are absolutely incredible, service is great and this store is PACKED TO THE ROOF with inventory. I cannot say enough good about them.

I have taken my niece here twice, and both times the owner has been helpful and kind! I have very little knowledge/experience and she did a great job explaining exactly what we needed. I highly recommend this shop!

I don't live in Erie but when I need hair that's where I go. It's cheap which is good cause I'm in college but it's also quality. I love going in there she has so much it's like a candy shop of ideas to me!

I actually just moved to Erie about a year ago and was looking for a place to buy hair products. I happened upon House of Hair and I have found it to be the best in the city. First of all I went in the and my kids were touch the wigs and she was like they are not allowed to touch them and was acting like she did not even want us in her store like I can go to rose beauty and get real hair and not be disrespect because my kids are touching wigs the disrespect was real for real she will never get my money again
